Pros: ATMs on the street, there are many and different ones, a spacious ATM booth, there are chairs to relax. Cons: there is no electronic queue to receive the card, or rather there is one at the terminal, but the staff does not call and you have to take a live queue. And when you stand a couple of meters away from an employee to keep a queue, you are driven further away and it is unclear where to wait for your turn (this is when there are a lot of people). There is also a queue at the checkout (without a ticket). I ordered a HUMO card, two weeks have passed today, the card is still not ready (they promised to do it in a week).

Disgusting service and staff's attitude towards customers. The electronic queue is not working. This morning I took a number in turn for deposits. I arrived 2 hours later. Speaking of which, the deposit queue is alive, there were a lot of people in the morning, we did it by numbers. And now she's alive after lunch. It seems that the bank's management sets its own rules for customer service every day. As a result, I lost 2.5 hours waiting in the bank. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Complete anarchy and confusion.

Terrible service!!! The 21st century is not a civilization! They don't know how to serve! The loan was approved for my husband, but when they came to the bank, the employee said no, it was not approved! Come back tomorrow, etc. My husband called the main office in Tashkent. She immediately started saying oh, why are you doing this? We would have come tomorrow, well, wait now, let's give it is approved.
