Beautiful place. With walk and views of Al Bateen Marina. Great community. Nice buildings. Pool is a bit small for such a large community though. Gym is nice but also small. Lots of restaurants coffee shops and cafes around. Convenient stores. Safe for kids! Pets friendly! 3 playgrounds (small).
