I recently visited Shava House, and it was just a discovery! Shawarma here is a real find for gourmets. Every bite is an explosion of taste! The meat is perfectly cooked, juicy and flavorful, and fresh vegetables add brightness and crispness. I especially want to mention the sauces — they are simply divine! Each of them complements the taste and makes the shawarma even more appetizing. And the portions are so generous that you can eat enough! We bought a cream cheese shawarma today. Bottom line: flew into the trash. If you disassemble it into components, it consists of cheese and cabbage. The question is, where is the meat? A couple of pieces of meat and the rest is cheese.
