This is when the level of customer service in the store is absolutely unacceptable. The treatment culture of sellers is very low, questions are answered rudely and without disdain. In some situations, disrespectful and abusive treatment of the client is allowed. This is a serious drawback for the trade sector and completely contrary to the standards of professional ethics. As a client, I felt humiliated. I demand from the management of the store to take immediate action on the behavior of employees and the quality of Service. Because of this attitude, I do not recommend this store to anyone.
