We lived near Al Khan beach, so I planned a visit to the aquarium at home. I liked that there were few visitors, but the price was very pleasant: 25 adult dirams and 12 children's dirams (for comparison, there are 100 dirams in the Dubai Mall). The original three-level layout makes the walk especially exciting. First, you walk through a glass tunnel where fish and rays swim directly overhead. Then you find yourself at the aquarium level — you can get a very close look at the marine life. And in the finale, you look at everything from above, walking on a transparent floor above the water. There is a small touch zone where you can gently touch a starfish or a small stingray, which is interesting even for adults. The visit took about an hour and a half at a calm pace. The aquarium is small, but this is a plus: the walk is intense and does not tire. I felt like a child myself — everything was so fascinating and exciting!

It is located very close to the city beach. For one ticket, you can visit both the aquarium and the museum. Both are not very big, but interesting. The museum features boats, figures of fishermen, and the story of the difficult lives of people who earn money by the sea. I liked it! There are local fish in the aquarium, small and large, both behind glass and in pools. There is even a bit of a glass floor, you walk and fish swim under you. The aquarium and museum are free of charge for pensioners. They just ask for your age and you don't need any documents to prove it. I definitely recommend it!

Lots of positive emotions. The aquarium is not big, but we enjoyed the beauty of the marine inhabitants. There were no problems with buying tickets, they can be purchased with cash or by card. The ticket goes for two museums at once and costs 25 dirhams per person. There is also a wifi password on the receipt, so it is possible to translate information into your language. We don't expect much, but it's decent for your money + you can use the same ticket to go to the Museum of shipbuilding, on the contrary, I really liked it there too! The children were very interested, and the adults were delighted. The staff is friendly, there are information signs in English and Arabic. A great place for a family vacation — I recommend it! I was amused by the seahorses burying themselves in the sand and the ramps at once. After visiting the aquarium, walk across the street, as a bonus you will see the maritime museum - beautiful wooden boats of pearl fishermen.
