The room stock is essentially fresh, everything is clean and beautiful. Nothing flows in the rooms, no one walks on the head, the insulation is great. If you choose a room, then only in the direction of the water, it is desirable, because other windows overlook the road, and then for an amateur. Our room was overlooking the sea, there were 1-2 mosquitoes in March for the whole week, so we slept with the windows open. The room has: a large bed (mattresses and pillows of medium hardness, even too soft for us); a TV (over 100 foreign channels, you can connect with a tablet via Wi-Fi); a shower room with all kinds of accessories; a large wardrobe with a safe, iron + ironing board, hairdryer, shoe accessories); additionally a coffee machine + kettle(shelf with tea, coffee mugs, glasses), refrigerator with food for money; air conditioning. Great little new hotel. With good rooms where there is everything from a to z. Attentive staff. The only thing was there was no animation. But this is not Turkey and we were not bothered by it. Tomorrow is worthy. You can ask for an omelet and coffee and it will be brought to the table for you. No need to stand and wait for it to be cooked. A modern 5 star hotel with excellent service. The chef cooks just amazing. What I didn't like: one little thing - with late arrival and early departure, the hotel does not take care to feed the guest with food in the lunch box. And the second disadvantage: the beach is boring. There are almost no living creatures in the water, the area fenced off for swimming in the sea is very small.

A fresh hotel, the rooms are modernly furnished. It was funny that when leaving the room, the air conditioner works automatically, and not just turns off.
Nutrition: a little monotonous list of ingredients, but the guys tried to cook them differently.
I couldn't figure out why the TV turned on automatically, I just had to turn it off from the outlet.
The staff is generally polite, but if you don't have a tag marked "all inclusive", then they almost don't pay attention to you.
Well, from such small wishes, the music by the pool could be put more authentic)

The hotel itself is super. The smells are great, soap, shampoo, gels are amazing. Robes of the highest level. The towels are huge and soft. The slippers are super. The coffee machine is capsule, you can drink tea and coffee for free. The rooms are just top. Comfortable with all sorts of cool buns. The carpet is amazingly soft and clean. Cleaning every day is very good. The heated pool is a thrill! And without bleach!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They clean pools with something else in the UAE and not with bleach. You can swim for half a day and the skin does not dry. The cabins are free, it's cool to relax in them. The only thing is not always free. The beach is huge, clean, the entrance is pleasant. The staff is very friendly and responsible. Not everyone speaks Russian, though. More precisely, 1 person at the reception and 2 waiters. The breakfast is great at the hotel. I arrived at night and enjoyed an awesome breakfast in the morning! Now about the cons. As I said, I was amazed by breakfast and was already waiting for lunch and dinner. By the way, everything was included. And there is only for breakfast and for breakfast dinner. So there was nothing to eat for lunch. Especially surprised by the lack of meat. From meat ordinary chicken legs... I thought it would be a great dinner. Dinner turned out to be the same as lunch. And so every day!!!! I had to go to the mall and eat meat in a burger king and French fries. In general, for 8 days on all inclusive, I did not get better. Thanks to the chef, by the way, he always walked around the restaurant with an important look, although he cooked delicious and good dishes better. Not once for lunch and dinner did I take an addition to any dish. There was nothing delicious. And there was never any seafood!!!!! By the way, the hotel is not cheap. Cocktails are not able to cook and the choice is small local gin, local whiskey, rum. beer of two types in bottles. The wine is not bad. That's it. And another huge minus is that all Europeans and locals come to the hotel according to the concept of breakfast only. And when you arrive at all inclusive, you think that means you are in the priority of the staff. And it turns out the opposite. Nobody cares about you because you don't bring more money to the hotel than you paid for. And those who pay for meals and drinks for money are all running around smiling and serving. They don't pay attention to you. Even tips don't quite save. In general, if you do not drink alcohol and came only for breakfast. A great option. And if you are used to Turkish "all inclusive", then this hotel is not for you.

A wonderful hotel . It couldn't be worse. There is nothing nearby in the wilderness , there is nowhere to walk , the sea is dirty , the sand is dark in color , with a swimming paddock of minimal size . There are huge tankers nearby , they have a film on the sea .
The hotel is new, the rooms are also the only plus.
If you take everything included, then you will ask for alcohol and drinks at this hotel with outstretched hand from the waiters from Central Asia , and they will pretend that they do not hear or do not understand. In the same way, you will get coffee or tea for breakfast yourself . The service in the restaurant is zero .
You constantly have to run after the waiters to order drinks for lunch and dinner. They are busy with something or someone all the time! And if you do not catch him and do not tear him away from his important business, then you will remain without a drink! Today I just got tired of catching someone to make an order, although the waiter next to me was diligently cleaning the table and paid zero attention to those sitting at the next table.
I read reviews about the zero service, but I didn't pay attention! They are everywhere , read them )
The food, especially for lunch and dinner, is deplorable . Some kind of mixtures in the form of porridges from vegetables , mixtures from meat .. disgusting desserts .
They got into Ramadan , they closed the bars, there is only water on the beach, alcohol is only available for lunch and dinner (from 20 o'clock). But foreigners who wanted to buy alcohol before 20 o'clock were carried for a sweet soul. And no Ramadan interfered .
Naturally, when they bought the tour, they took all inclusive with alcohol, no one warned that they would limit it and close the bars.
Then we would have limited ourselves to three meals a day and bought alcohol in duty free
I do not recommend the hotel in the ratio of high price and low quality at all.

We had a rest just returned, from 24.11 to 02.12 2023.
I'm betting 5 with a minus. Minus the service at the reception, I don't know who praised these guys there - arrogant, with smiles on duty, but as it happens on vacation- you see 2-3 times during the whole vacation, so the impression is not on a solid 5, solely because of them. And the rest is 5!
1. The sea is excellent. The beach is good: the sand is as it should be - sand, not crushed pebbles, like Ras al Khaimah. The waves are pleasant on the water, a wonderful entrance to the water, no dirt or junk in the water!
Someone wrote there - there are few sunbeds - it's not true! It is enough always, at any time of the day. And you don't have to rush to borrow anything, everyone has enough!!! The pool is warm, even very, really shallow. But it's not like diving in it, you can relax completely. There are also enough sun beds.
The food is normal! Who writes that it is monotonous - well, if you eat at home according to an individual 30-day menu, then maybe yes, you should feel bad and sad, but this is a vacation for 7-10 days! Everything is fine in this sense. The main thing is that everything is fresh, no one has spent a vacation on the toilet, there are plenty of drinks and water! This is the most important thing.
We were on the breakfast/dinner system - that's enough! Just in case, there was always a snack in the refrigerator in the room.
The hotel itself is clean, many describe the smell of perfumes- well, there is really a lot of it at the entrance, but nowhere else is it boring to write like this, like it was already sick and infuriating - that's all nonsense! And by the way, if you've noticed, the entrance no longer smells like Arabic perfume, but incense!!! Like in a church!!! That was even funny ...
All the necessary gadgets are in the room - those who did not find a hair dryer, it is stored in a bag, in the lower section of the closet, at the entrance. Be careful yourself! And don't offend the staff with these claims!
So if I didn't figure out how the icon at the door should "burn" (red or green stripe), i.e. if you left it red, then it means that cleaning is not needed, then you don't have to run around the whole hotel that you haven't cleaned up! If you are "dumb", then ask calmly and any hotel employee will tell you. I am writing now about my family- my husband was running around to find out why there was no cleaning, so they explained it to him. That's it, the question was settled!
Who wrote there - a bad "origin " of the soul - well, that's a laugh straight. If you are traveling for 7 days and you are soaring with the question of the origin of the soul - well, this is a cap, what kind of "stuffy" you are. Relax, swim, chat with new people - that's great!
In general, the Emirate is calm, the province is at its maximum! Mall - there's nothing to do there. If you are shopping, then definitely not in Fujairah!
The weather is super, +31, cool tan, smooth, no "burnt meat", everything is fine, even without creams and lotions.
Of the cons, it's still a long way to go on an excursion, that's really far.
So if this is your first time in the UAE, then to understand the flavor - Dubai, Sharjah, well Ajman. Everything else is the beach and the silence...for those who have already seen a lot in the UAE

For the first time, the family went to the UAE, and specifically to the Emirate of Fujairah. The hotel has a small territory, and this is its plus and minus, plus- everything is close, from the restaurant, the sea and the pool to go close, on the other hand there are places for walks in the evening, especially with children! Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket with everything you need, a lot of exotic fruits. The room is new, clean, in European style, we had a view of the pool and partially of the sea, the higher the floor, the more interesting it is! The food is excellent, the choice is not as huge as in Turkey, but everything is very tasty and of high quality! I really liked the sea, it is certainly not emerald like in Tae, but with a good bottom, the beach is taken care of, here you will not find plastic and cigarette butts, the sea is shallow and warm, even the waves here do not scare. Children are simply paradise! I recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is clearly not aimed at making people who have paid a lot of money have fun.
We were in the UAE at Vida beach of the same chain, and at Intercontinental, there is something to compare it with.
We are currently here on the FB+ system.
It's definitely not a 5*.
We arrived at 8 a.m. at the same time 4 couples, 8 people, all standing in line, one employee at the reception, joking, laughing with a couple of foreigners. We Russians are waiting, registration takes a very long time.
Before lunch (check-in time at 15.00), there was not a single empty chair to sit down to wait, only outside in the heat. The reception hall is very small.
They don't tell you anything about where it is, about services, etc. They give you an A4 sheet - read it, everything is written here.
In the restaurant, no one says that you can order an omelette/benedict for breakfast. According to them, they do not know that we will not want boiled eggs to take, but a dish that is not on the Swedish line; this service is by default, you should know this yourself and approach it. There is no menu, that is, you do not know that there is such a service and what exactly you can order, you have to ask everything.
Tea/coffee/you pour the juices yourself. You take the plates away yourself or wait until the mountain accumulates and they are noticed and removed. There is no service during breakfast/lunch/dinner, the staff only cleans the tables. 5*, I remind you.
Drinks (lemonades) during meals only from 2L bottles, cans from the refrigerator in the bar are paid, you can not take coffee / tea in disposable cups with you, because glasses are not provided.
Cooks in an open kitchen cook without gloves and put food on (hashbrown for example) with their hands and also shift / stir on a platter with their hands 🤦🏻♀️
If you go to the mall/on an excursion and miss lunch, it burns down, you won't even be given a sandwich with you, because, !Attention! "this is a feature of the emirate, there is high humidity here," according to a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. We did not understand how this affects.
When checking in, we were asked (not our initiative)- 2 or 1 large bed, asked for 1, ok, go to room 2. We open the closet - someone's forgotten dirty T-shirt. They changed the room with a disgruntled face.
Of all the staff, the Thai bartender and the black guy who carries luggage are very pleasant and smiling.
Beach. At 7 a.m., the entire 1st line of deck chairs is already occupied.
The waves are so strong that you can't go into the sea, 95% of people on the beach are standing watching. 5% in the sea are trying to stay on the waves, which knock them off their feet.
The pool is very small.
There are some shops and cafes nearby, but in order to cross the road to them, you have to run headlong along the zebra and pray that no one will hit you, while there are no cars, they are speeding at full speed. We passed half of the zebra and a huge jeep blocked the road for us, we had to let it pass. It's definitely not worth it with children.
Among the advantages: beautiful interior, delicious food, good mattresses on deck chairs. That's all. Thank you, we won't come again.
PS: the peculiarity of the staff in the restaurant of this chain is that they almost all walk with brick faces. They don't offer anything, you have to call them, ask them, look at dissatisfied faces, rarely clean the dishes, there is zero friendliness and service.
