We had a rest in September 2024. The hotel itself is very cool, the beach is clean. The water is clear. The staff is very polite. The food is delicious. The shuttle service to and from the city is free, every 2 hours.
The room is cleaned every day. If you leave a tip, then you left a cake, pies.
Of the cons: if not everything is included, then the prices are very high.
The buffet is only from Fri to Sun. On another day, you will order a dish and wait for it for 1.5 hours.
If you do not know English, it is very difficult. A couple of people speak Russian.
There is a construction site all around! They don't warn you about this in advance. The central pool is closed. When everything is completed, of course, it will be paradise at all.
There is nothing to wash your feet when walking from the beach to the pool.
And the biggest minus for me and a huge urge to the management!! There is a live cat and several kittens on the island (I saw two) They are not fed at all and will not even be supplied with water. Cats drink from the pool and try to fish at night. You can't see them during the day. All employees say that they are forbidden to feed animals - otherwise they will be fired (everything is monitored on cameras) There is no escape for cats from the island, and if you can't take them to the city, then you don't need to kill them like that, Mocking them!
It is very important to take dirhams with you. Prices are higher in dollars.

Great hotel, great staff. Everyone is very friendly and caring.

3. Yes, the music is playing loudly, but it did not interfere with sleep at all, after 12 at night it was not audible
4. Yes, the hotel is being renovated, there is a little noise, but it did not interfere or embarrass in any way.
5. Lunches and dinners are delicious dishes with a chic presentation.
6. The beach area is small, but quite cozy and well maintained.

A fantastic hotel. Since the environmental situation in Dubai leaves much to be desired (according to IQAir, the air quality index reaches as much as 180 during the day), a hotel on an island far from the mainland is the best solution. It is advisable to take HB, no less. It is better to book a room with access to rainy street - this is the quietest place in the hotel. You can stay here for a day, three days, or a week. It will be boring only for those who cannot occupy themselves with business in life. For a change, you can go on a yacht to Dubai for free at least every day. Transfer every 2 hours. The latest departure from Dubai (Jumeirah Pier) is at 22:00, but there is also at 01:00 (you can not drop it online, but you can arrange with the concierge, this is stuff bost). Be sure to book a transfer from the airport to the pier. Then you will be taken to the hotel on a comfortable yacht (depending on its type, it will take from 20 to 45 minutes), during the trip you can pre-check, including payment of a tourist fee of 20 dirhams per person per day. Be sure to take an adapter first of all upon arrival at the hotel, if you did not bring it with you, then the socket connector is here.
Well, then a long-awaited vacation. The music starts around 9 a.m. - calm in the lounge style, louder and more active by lunch, and the most active after 16:00. A huge swimming pool with a bar, balls, inflatable circles, etc., foam is released (do not worry, it is then removed).
Cleanliness is everywhere.
The beach is magnificent, it is convenient to enter the water, there are buoys, there are no big waves, the water is clean and transparent (this is specially monitored), the deck chairs are not on top of each other and they are diverse - from classic to beds. In general, the Maldives are local.
Fruits or desserts will be brought to your room as a surprise - do not be afraid)
There are facilities in the form of showers and toilets on the street.
There are no questions about the cuisine in restaurants. Everything is chic, refined, diverse. Vegans, zoologists, meat eaters, sweet tooth, gluten-free eaters and others - everyone will be happy. Everyone was pleased here. There is also always live music during the restaurants' opening hours.
On HB, you have water/juice/tea turned on during breakfast/dinner. Dinner can be exchanged with lunch. There are 2 restaurants to choose from - you can go to the fish restaurant for dinner a couple of times-swordfish steak is good here. In a French restaurant, the most delicious dish for lunch is beef cheeks.
Now the most interesting part. Prices for drinks and food are tempering. Cola is 9 euros, beer is 13, and on the increase. Dinner will cost ~$150 per person. On the mainland, the price tag is also cheerful, but here it is even higher.
There is only one store here, but it is even a semblance of a store. They sell snacks, cigarettes, sunscreens.
The hotel has a SPA massage in rubles from 12,500 in 45 minutes.
The staff is very friendly and there are a lot of them. People are friendly, attentive and there are a lot of them.
The service is excellent.
The hotel also provides packages for tourists with the possibility of a one-day visit - there are many promotions: day pass, brunch, etc., prices for men / women are different, it is better to explore the site directly.
There is a table football in the lobby of the hotel, and there is also table football + table tennis on the beach. The gym is small, but it has everything you need. There is no rowing machine.
The hotel is cool!
