We had a rest in September 2024. The hotel itself is very cool, the beach is clean. The water is clear. The staff is very polite. The food is delicious. The shuttle service to and from the city is free, every 2 hours.
The room is cleaned every day. If you leave a tip, then you left a cake, pies.
Of the cons: if not everything is included, then the prices are very high.
The buffet is only from Fri to Sun. On another day, you will order a dish and wait for it for 1.5 hours.
If you do not know English, it is very difficult. A couple of people speak Russian.
There is a construction site all around! They don't warn you about this in advance. The central pool is closed. When everything is completed, of course, it will be paradise at all.
There is nothing to wash your feet when walking from the beach to the pool.
And the biggest minus for me and a huge urge to the management!! There is a live cat and several kittens on the island (I saw two) They are not fed at all and will not even be supplied with water. Cats drink from the pool and try to fish at night. You can't see them during the day. All employees say that they are forbidden to feed animals - otherwise they will be fired (everything is monitored on cameras) There is no escape for cats from the island, and if you can't take them to the city, then you don't need to kill them like that, Mocking them!
It is very important to take dirhams with you. Prices are higher in dollars.

I liked the hotel, there is a free shuttle service from Dubai to the hotel. Room cleaning every day, delicious breakfasts, buffet. Rainy street, in my opinion, is the main attraction of the hotel. They greeted us with an orchestra and dancing)) One of the disadvantages is that it is unfinished, not all pools work, and the music is a little tiring.

A chic hotel with the best service I've ever seen. The food is like in a Michelin restaurant, although with a full kitchen you will have to wait longer than expected. The hotel is a youth hotel, foam parties every other day and a DJ plays late into the night. If alcohol is not included in your boarding house, then it's better to take it with you, the prices are space, a bottle of 1,500 beer, I'm not talking about the rest at all)))

There is nowhere to walk here. Yes, it is called an island, but the "embankment" is about 300 meters. The rest of the places are closed - construction is underway.
The pool in February is no warmer than the sea, although it is supposedly heated.
We arrived on a half-board system: breakfast + a choice of lunch / dinner (you can alternate). So, we came to lunch, ate and asked for water (for an additional fee - unexpectedly for such a price tag).
It is better not to try "Author's cocktails". The staff is in no hurry at all and constantly forgets something.
We ordered black tea and brought Americano. They apologized and took it away...The Americano was brought back and taken away again 😄
You can get to the mainland every 2 hours by boat. I expected more
Among the advantages: the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the rooms, the view from the room (but this is specifically in our case). Maybe you won't lead and you'll be looking at a wall or a disco))

From the pros: my own beach, a large pool, delicious food, gorgeous sunsets)
Dinner was not included for me, for example: cocktail and salad 4200 rubles, it's 170 AED. Very expensive. At the Marina in a cafe for this amount, you can take the same salad, lemonade, water and order a hookah, leave another tip)
As an experience, you can come here for a couple of days, no more.

I want to warn everyone who wants to come to rest at this hotel. We are here for the second day. The pool is good, the sea is for an amateur, since 30 meters are left for swimming in the sea, then someone else's territory, the islands are washed right next to each other. The price tag for food is simply inadequate. Take the prices of mainland Dubai and multiply by two, the guys enjoy their monopoly on the island. You will be able to carry food and alcohol with you only on the first day in a suitcase, so pack up right away. Then they shove bags on the dock on the mainland, they don't let them in with food, even small bags are checked. Basically, people travel for a short time, breakfast is included for everyone, so short-termers don't care. On the second day of our stay, we decided to take a water transfer to Dubai, sailed to the mainland at 17:00, the return transfer was ordered at 22:00. The weather began to deteriorate in the afternoon, but no one warned that there might be problems with returning. As a result, we arrived in advance so as not to be late for the transfer in the opposite direction. We are waiting for 22:00, a lot of people have pulled up, who were returning to the island from the mainland. We are waiting for half an hour, waiting for an hour, there is no one. No one calls, writes, warns about anything. We do not understand what is happening, everyone is worried. We start writing to the hotel, no one answers. We found the number of the transfer service on the Internet, we write to them. They say there is a delay, we are waiting for the weather, when the transfer will be sent is unknown. At the same time, at 22:00, a RIB (an inflatable boat with a hard bottom) sailed from the hotel with hard workers, the weather did not interfere with them. By the way, there is a solid construction site on the island. Guests live on one floor of the hotel, builders crawl on the other, etc. In general, this RIB is standing and waiting for hard workers on the night shift, they are put in jail, but we are not. We are making a scandal, since the pier is located in the middle of a mini desert, the wind is terrible, there are no conditions for waiting, everyone is pelted with sand, there is nothing to breathe, there is no toilet, people have been waiting for a transfer for 1.5 hours. At the same time, the yachts of the class of our transfer quietly leave the Dubai channel to the Persian Gulf, the bad weather does not interfere with them. After the scandal, we are recorded and stuffed into an open RIB with hardworking Indians. Someone is put on cramped seats, someone does not have enough space at all and they are put on the nose of the RIB, girls in Louis Vuitton and Dolce Gabana lie on the floor of a dirty RIB with Indian builders in an embrace. But they say there are no other options, everyone is frozen, swallowed sand, they want to go to the toilet, they need to swim. We went out into the bay, the RIB is completely open, the wave is 2.5-3 meters. Thanks to the captain, he is a professional in his field, carefully fought with the elements, smoothly passed the crests of the wave. But everyone in the RIB was naturally completely wet, the side was low, flooded constantly. Girls from different continents of our vast planet were flooded with all their expensive bags and outfits. Everything is thrown away, the bags are saturated with salt water, even squeeze. Upon arrival at the hotel, we did not receive any apologies, the reception indifferently said if you don't like something, go ahead. We are not obliged to take you, they say, and the transfer is free, so we do not accept claims. Although when checking in, everyone asks about the transfer, and everyone is told that the transfer is daily and unlimited. In fact, no one was going to solve our problem, no one sent a transfer for us, since there is no weather. The waiter also had the audacity on the pier to arrange a shmon of personal belongings of hotel guests after 1.5 hours of waiting, while the Indians dragged with them what they wanted) Five star Hotel 🤣 It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Neither the interior decoration, nor the food, nor the service corresponds even to three European stars, we have already seen these stars. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! You are provided for a lot of money to yourself, he is not worth his money and your nerves. It's better to go to the palm tree, at least you can take a taxi there. Some people here write about clean rooms, probably travel agents, we have a Premium room, the room is dirty, the furniture has already been killed, there have already been problems with light for a day, there was no hot water all day, there are no bathrobes, towels are only for the body, for the face they did not deserve. The craftsmen were digging and repairing the water heater for half a day, the plumbing has already been killed, half of the lighting does not work, the sink mixer detached on the floor is hanging out and falling out of its attachment, the sink is also hanging out, and the surface will collapse. Sound insulation seems to be nothing, but that's it. At 8 a.m., the music is already screaming at full volume, does not shut up until two in the morning, then they make it a little quieter. It doesn't bother you during the day, but sometimes you want to rest your head, and not listen to slotting around the clock.

One building really works. Buildings are being built around, but the sound of construction is not heard from the word at all.
We haven't checked the bags for alcohol even once. Calmly bring whatever you want with you. No need to drink borzine, just pour it into a thermos bottle and onto the beach. If you want to drink from the dishes, order something at the bar and then pour it calmly, the staff absolutely does not care.
The prices in restik are Moscow, but the pricing for alcohol is strange, beer and alcoholic cocktail cost the same))))
The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and you absolutely do not need to know English perfectly, everyone understands on their fingers, and of course the translator on the phone will help you.
There is good WiFi throughout the property.
The pool is open but late, I don't know exactly when it closes, it was at one o'clock in the morning, no questions were asked.
DJs are great, you can come up and order whatever you want.
I recommend going for three or four days.

The hotel itself is new, and the rooms have not yet managed to get tired, the price tag is excellent in June, a yacht takes you to the island (transfer is included in the price) in general, for a day for a change, a credit will go there, no more.
