Today I completed my training in sculpture and buccal massage at Altyn Alem and I can say that it was one of the most valuable experiences in my life! The course turned out to be very intense: the theory was clear and accessible, and the practice was as well—developed as possible to the point of confidence in your hands. Special thanks to the teacher, Dinara Umiriaevna, for her attentiveness and support. Every move was explained in detail, there was not the slightest doubt that everything would work out. The atmosphere in the classroom was warm and inspiring. During the practice, I immediately saw the result of the models: a toned oval face, radiant skin, and muscle relaxation.
