I came to take a photo for the documents and asked the employee in advance to send me the original photos. I was told that this was impossible, because the pictures behind my back would show the counter and the photographer's workplace. I explained that the background didn't matter to me, as I was planning to replace it myself, and I only needed the source code. Despite this, the employee refused to provide the photos without any further explanation. As a result, the unpleasant impression was left not so much from the refusal itself, but from the unwillingness to understand the client's request and offer any solution.
