The choice is small, but the staff discouraged all desire to buy something from it - a Russian-speaking female consultant answered the question "do you have rings" and said "yes, there are" and in order for them to be shown to me, I had to continue the dialogue on my own. When I came to look at the jewelry, I asked an English-speaking consultant girl about the cost of 4 positions, to which she heard the answer "this is LIKE 1200 aed, but this is ABOUT 2000 aed" What?? Are we in a boutique or a market? To the next question, "how much exactly does the jewelry cost," the consultants went to the warehouse for it, brought it and could not figure out the price by the label, they called a third consultant, who was able to punch the barcode 3 times to finally name the price. From such a tiny assortment of jewelry (literally 8 rings), not knowing the price, and what is even more absurd, saying "sort of" and "approximately" to the buyer for a specific price request, is some kind of special level of prestige. Dissatisfied people discouraged all desire to buy something there. As if they weren't the ones who came here to sell their goods, but the buyer asked them to drive up and bring something for fitting. It's a disappointment, such a kind of verified history and philosophy of the House, but in fact you come and such "employees" simply destroy your entire history and perception of the brand. Not an elegant vibe, but some kind of market.
