The bouquets are beautiful, but communication with the client leaves much to be desired, arrogance, grins, and megalomania. I asked to fill out a discount form, they didn't offer it themselves, I filled it out, the florist girl began to distort my last name, like the previous client, the client did not have time to leave as they began to discuss his handwriting. I asked how the discounts are calculated and how much the discount is, they don't know anything, they told me to call the office. Work out the etiquette of communication with your employees!
