I applied to a laser hair removal studio, where from the very beginning I was promised a cooling system for a safe procedure. In fact, there was no system. As a result, I got a burn in my bikini area, and my birthmark burst, which poses a serious threat to my health. The old Candela device was used, the nozzles were not changed, the staff worked without masks and protective equipment, and clearly did not have the necessary qualifications. I left a deposit of 500,000 soums to make sure that the equipment was available, but the staff brazenly lied about its availability. I would like to point out that the staff demonstrates lack of education and negligence, the treatment of customers is extremely unprofessional, and the services are performed in gross violation of safety standards. This institution is a danger to the health of clients, I leave a review to warn other people and save it as evidence for possible treatment to the sanitary and epidemiological station, the Ministry of Health or the court.
