My mother had a very comfortable stay at Azayan Guest House. The staff truly prioritize the comfort and well-being of their guests — their care and attention were outstanding. The guest house is in a great location, close to Yerevan’s main attractions and charming restaurant streets, making it easy to explore the city. A big thank you to the team for their warm hospitality. They also helped organize airport transfers and even greeted her at the airport with a name sign — everything was handled at the highest level. Access was no problem in the evening, there were keys in the safe, we went in, everything is in perfect order! The very center of the city, in the morning, of course, there was a noise under the window, but we closed the windows and turned on the air conditioner and continued to sleep) also in the morning we had a delicious breakfast, the woman was very attentive, brewed us delicious Yerevan coffee. She kept asking if we were happy, how else to help, and so on... there's an exchange office around the corner with a good exchange rate, as well as a supermarket. It's a lovely hotel, small and very cozy. The rooms are furnished with good taste. Thanks to Luzina for that. In the morning, Dianochka greets everyone with a homemade breakfast. You can have tea and pastries at any time. Republic Square is a 5-minute walk away, close to shops. I recommend the hotel. If we are in Yerevan, we will definitely stay with you.
