It's a disgusting store! On November 22, in the afternoon, I contacted the online store, I urgently needed a new mattress, which will be available in Grodno. The mattress was found, there was a new one in the Gorky Street store, I said right away that I would come and pick it up in an hour and a half. A nice girl arranged everything and I went to get him. Arriving at the store, I am greeted by three girls, I inform them that I came for the ordered mattress, I showed the order number, which was sent to me by an employee of the online store in advance. But what they tell me is that this mattress will not be sold to me, it is reserved by another buyer. No one had warned me about this, and I had the feeling that it was said simply because. After an argument, the store employee just asks me the question "Are you going to take a mattress?". Of course, I was shocked. After another 10 minutes of incomprehensible conversation, the employee nevertheless went to the warehouse to look for a mattress. Next, another employee says to me, "Come on in," and I immediately said that I wasn't going anywhere with you. To which I was told that I had to come to their warehouse myself, take this mattress and take it out to the gym, you see, they don't have movers and they're all sick, it was very interesting to hear that someone has hernias and so on. I still had to contact the online store and write everything down in the book of "comments and suggestions". Further, due to the current situation, we agreed on delivery on Wednesday with the online store. Okay, day X. My phone broke down in the morning, and by one o'clock I was already in touch. The courier was supposed to pick me up an hour before arrival. They call me at 3 p.m. and ask why I'm not at home, that the courier is standing outside my door. I'm in shock, I break down, I say wait 15 minutes, I'm flying. But no, no one will wait that long, and anyway the courier has left and will be rescheduled for tomorrow, since I received two calls before one o'clock and they did not get through, they did everything for their part. Okay I've already slowed down, pick up the phone to another number, where the girl tells me that the courier's terminal is broken (and we agreed in advance to pay with a card), I'm shocked how they could bring me a mattress without knowing in advance if I have cash. Okay, if you deliver the mattress today, there will be a cash payment. I'm going to the ATM. Then the courier calls back and asks how long to wait for me. I was kind of told before that that they had left. Awesome I fly to withdraw money to the other side of the city (the trouble with the ATMs of this bank), then I fly home to pick up the mattress. And lo and behold, we arrived and stood there all the time. I still don't understand the meaning of all these difficulties, but this is the first and last purchase in this store, I definitely won't advise 😑
