About the hotline: it works only 2 hours a week and in fact is not a hotline, but a "consulting" one. As a result of the "consultation", I received the answer to write an official appeal to them, then only they will figure out whether there is a violation or not, or contact the organization in which the violation is suspected. Conclusion: a formal process to comply with the requirements of the legislation on the organization of a direct line in a public institution. As I understand it, this (state) organization exists at the expense of my taxes, too, and what is the efficiency of this process...?
