I liked the hotel, very good service. Check-in was quick, the luggage was delivered to the room, and the valet himself drove the car to the parking lot. When checking in, an employee came up with us, made sure that we definitely liked the room, and after that we were checked in. The room is clean, very comfortable, large bed with good pillows. Large bathroom with extra large shower. The room was cleaned every day, it felt like they ironed the blanket every day) they wrote in the reviews that the terribly spicy breakfasts were bullshit. The usual breakfasts, yes, there were strange dishes for Hindus like rice for breakfast and chicken with gravy, but at the same time fried eggs, omelets, there were various fruits, cheese, sausage, sweets and many other things. Very cool location of the hotel. There are 3 metro stations nearby, one of them immediately on the green and red lines, a 3-minute walk to it. There is a large Carrefour shopping center nearby, even with branded shops and various cafes and restaurants for every taste and price tag. A grocery store and dodo pizza are just 2 steps away.

Wonderful hotel and staff. They settled in quickly enough, initially they offered apartments on the 3rd floor, but they asked for a higher one and settled us on the 14th floor. On the same floor there is a swimming pool and a gym. The apartments themselves are great! We took two-room apartments with a kitchen and a balcony. Everything is clean, cleaned every day, breakfast and drinks can be ordered in the room. Of the cons, it was initially noted that it was very cool upon arrival, but turning off the air conditioner could be solved. There are a lot of slippers missing because the floors are cold. I saw that many people complain about the inability to open the windows, but you can contact the reception, and the windows will be opened. There is a free Wi-Fi. Overall, the impressions from the hotel are positive, we liked everything. Within walking distance of the metro, Carrefour, shopping center and a huge number of restaurants for every taste. The area is very colorful, it was interesting.

We were at the hotel in October 2022. I liked the hotel, it is located in the Deira area, it suits us. And anyone who writes that the area is terrible, Indians, Africans, Pakistanis, etc. live there. I want to ask: aren't they people!? For example, they do not interfere with us in any way. The area is quiet, there are many shops, shopping centers and car rentals. There are two metro stations within walking distance. And right behind the hotel is our favorite cafe Al Forat. What delicious fresh fruits are there, not diluted. The cafe has a Russian-speaking receptionist, a woman. They even have okroshka, borscht, dumplings and olivier. A very tasty kebab. 1. Lobby (reception area). It is beautiful, but it is not thought out and there are no places for rest, communication, and even more so for waiting for rooms (we waited for our own for more than 3 hours with a child, after a night flight!) Two mini sofas were occupied. There were only two chairs available, my husband and I took turns sitting. The child fell asleep on the chair several times and almost fell down! 2. The room is good: a large bed, a good mattress, the child's sofa is not bad, iron, ironing board, kettle, water. Cons: no balcony! 3. Meals: (we took breakfast + lunch / or dinner) we always found something to eat, some dishes are very spicy, designed for guests from India (50-60 percent of them in the hotel). 4. The pool is on the 14th floor. Small. We're fine. In October of this year (2024) we are going to Hyatt again. He has a very good location) P.S. We will bring a folding chair with us!

Nice hotel!Next to the shopping center with Carrefour and a food court, this is a plus.The subway is not far away.A hotel room with a sofa that folds out into a third bed.The breakfasts are good, but the emphasis is on Indian cuisine.There were 4-5 types of fruits (apples, plums,pineapple,watermelon, melon, jackfruit) Minus-there was a musty smell in the room, things did not dry at all, there was no view from the window at all and windows do not open (this is the case in many hotels in Dubai).The pool is on the roof and was open until 21-00. The staff is friendly!If the price is acceptable, then I would stop again.

Disadvantages: 2.1. Hotel next to mosque, minaret (very loud and until 4 am); 2.2. the restaurant is only for residents of India and Eastern countries — everything is very spicy, it is not possible to eat, so they ate only vegetables and fruits in the hotel, they had to eat in restaurants outside the hotel; with an abundance of juices in shops, there are no others in the restaurant except orange; 2.3. upon check-in, it was very cold in the room, the air conditioner does not work for heating, in the room 20-22C, we slept under blankets; 2.4. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. As a result, the room has a large bed and a small hard sofa, which is not comfortable for children to sleep on 2.5. no one speaks Russian!

We fly to Dubai very often , we love the location of the Union metro , we chose the Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District hotel, on the islet website - there was just a great price. We arrived at night - the hall of the hotel is not adapted for meeting new guests . There are few chairs and seats , we asked for early check -in and at 8 a.m. we went to a meeting and a very pleasant manager Jamal checked us into a room . The rooms are excellent, a double bed and a pull-out sofa corner. The room was cleaned every day. There is a small swimming pool on the 14th floor. The breakfasts are excellent, the range of dishes is large, we will come to you again!

Nice city hotel in the artisanal area of Deira. It's not exactly what you need for a tourist center, but it's exactly what you need for a business!! The hotel is still aimed at Hindus and Pakistanis, you will feel it at breakfast, but the choice is quite extensive. A good gym, everything is clean and tidy, the pool is too small. Next to the building is a large mall with shops and a grocery hypermarket. A little further is the walking zone with Europeanized and American food corners, such as Dunkin’ donats and papa jones. There is a Chinese market nearby, a lot of Chinese and Asian food - you can eat, but not very tasty. If you find yourself in this Hotel and the area, I advise you to feel the local spirit and walk to the Gold Souk gold market, a rather seedy place, but you can feel the spirit of the city. And then you can take a boat ride along the canal. You can walk from Hayat, or take the Burj man metro and take another branch through the stop to get to the market.
