There is an Art Nargis restaurant here, which I strongly recommend avoiding. Here they make pilaf with one piece of meat, shurpa is served from a children's bowl. And cheap black tea from a bag costs 15,000 soums. When I was there, the institution was served by teenagers, so of course there was no service. They didn't show the menu, they just said what they had (without prices). I told the guy I was paying off my opinion about the place and that I wouldn't come here anymore, to which they replied, "Okay."
