If you need a card, then go to any other bank. First of all, everything is very slow. Secondly, it is difficult to transfer money to a card, since there are very few such ATMs, and if such an ATM breaks down on a weekend, then you can go 3/9 of the way, but it's not a fact that there won't be problems there either. Thirdly, it is not the most convenient application.

The most terrible bank. Waiting for about an hour and a half!!! While the card was being issued to me, the employee was discussing lunch with a colleague, and she didn't really advise me on anything! and when it was time to pick up the card, they sent an SMS to a completely different bank address, so what? I waited at another bank branch for another 1 hour to find out that the card was in another bank!!

Poor quality of service. Queues are being collected for several hours. The department is small, there are a lot of people, some with children. The staff does not pay attention to the queue. To comments or requests to report the average waiting time or the number of people in the queue, they respond that they do not know themselves. As a result, the salary came to the account, and in order to collect the money, you need to wait in line for 2-3 hours to receive the card.
