Terrible bank branch! The waiting time for receiving a card on a business day is 1.5 hours!! 1-2 of the 3 consultants and 0-1 of the 2 cash desks usually work. There are a lot of visitors in the department, no privacy. But people can't leave a small bank branch or go shopping, because the bank calls for service not one at a time, but based on its own "priorities." There are no questions for the operators - the service is normal. Management needs to be changed!

The most terrible bank. Waiting for about an hour and a half!!!
