I want to share my impressions about the hotel, which exceeded all expectations! I'll start with the territory: it is huge and surrounded by greenery. There are many quiet corners where you can escape from the hustle and enjoy the peace. The coastline is impressive with its length, and the beach is a dream come true: snow—white soft sand and crystal clear turquoise water. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed and have amazing views. Every morning began with a gastronomic celebration: seven restaurants and lobby bars open their doors for breakfast. The choice of dishes is simply incredible! The service is top—notch, the atmosphere is relaxing. Definitely a place to return to.

The only problem is the children's menu if your child is under 4 years old and is used to eating soup for lunch. Mars - how long have we been waiting for its discovery. There were so many dreams and fantasies. And so, I got to the best hotel in Dubai! A majestic yacht goes through the sea to the Wave and Sail. The design and architecture were created by Sean Killa, who built the Museum of the Future. Water, sand, fire - these are the symbols of the hotel. Lots of wood, glass, amazing paintings and murals. High ceilings: it's like stepping onto the deck of a luxury yacht. The rooms are spacious, a huge bathroom, the softest bathrobes and an absolutely incredible mattress! My back thanks the creator of the beds in Mars. Spacious terrace with a view: there are rooms with a view of the Dubai postcard - the Burj Al Arab Hotel, or the Marina (yacht club). Great breakfasts: everything your heart desires. Lots of seating, zoned spaces, and a great landing on the terrace. Make sure to book a table for dinner! The whole of Dubai tends to dine in Greek, pan-Asian or Italian restaurants. Delicious!!! The hotel is only two months old, but the splendor of the greenery of the garden takes you as if to Asia. More than three thousand trees were brought and planted! The number of flowering shrubs, grasses, and flowers is incredible! Beach. Snow-white soft sand. There are a lot of sun beds: no crowding, there is enough space for everyone. The boys on the beach are kind: water, napkins, ice cream - everything is delivered instantly. A huge swimming pool (there is a children's section). And if you live in a suite, you have access to the most beautiful infinity pool (I was, very quiet and peaceful). You can do yoga in the morning. Or visit the spa (be sure to book a place!). I'm a big fan of hiking: there's definitely a place to turn around! And if you go out to the yacht club, you can even run along the embankment. In short, I'm incredibly excited. I sincerely wish the hotel to develop and surprise its guests more and more. And, yes! They say that all desires come true on Mars. Mine will definitely come true!

We have been here for 4 days, the hotel is new, the staff is friendly, everything is nice, the breakfast is quite varied. That's where the advantages end! Of the cons: 1. The absence of a diagram or map of the territory in the room or upon check-in. When you want to get somewhere, you have to go and look for the right restaurant or the right place. 2. Endless crowds of people who obviously do not live in the hotel. 3. Terrible traffic jams on the territory of the hotel!! We took a taxi to the hotel, and for about 30 minutes we had to stand in traffic on the hotel grounds because of the small boarding and disembarkation area. 4. There is no information about the mini-bar in the room, the choice is sufficient, but what costs is not reported anywhere. 5. Regarding dinner, we decided to go to dinner, we read on the website specifically about the dress code, it was casual, but they refused us at the entrance, referring to the fact that casual should be evening. Overall, the impressions are contradictory! It's obviously not worth the money yet.

I went to the reception with a request to turn down the music: they did, but not much.. The windows and blackout curtains didn't help at all.. so if you want a restful sleep: ask for higher rooms))
