A good hotel, a little "tired", but these are such little things that it makes absolutely no sense to pay attention to. Neat rooms, rich, varied breakfasts, in general, there is plenty to choose from. A good gym, a small pool, but clean, as a bonus - a gorgeous view of the museum of the future.

We ordered two rooms with two single beds, upon arrival we were told that all such rooms were occupied, we were given two single rooms and rolled terribly uncomfortable extra beds on wheels. Both of our numbers turned out according to this option. The payment was made to the tour operator a month before the trip, but when we checked in at the reception, we were told that they did not see the money, the rooms were not paid. I had to give an envelope with the full cost of living as a guarantee. We saw the payment at the hotel only on the third day, they gave us the envelope back. The furniture is very old, the sofa in the room was so greasy that it was even disgusting to look at, let alone sit. Dampness, mustiness, windows do not open, the shower is only upper, with weak pressure. The luggage that is picked up at the entrance to the hotel, then you won't wait at all, it's better to carry yourself. We waited for about three hours, couldn't wash or change clothes. Everything is done only through scandal. The staff does not speak Russian.

The staff is polite, smiling, fulfills all your requests). Room cleaning is just on top! Even neatly folded things left on the couch, in the bathroom all my jars of creams were neatly arranged. There is a possibility of a free transfer to the beach or to an outlet located a 30-minute drive from the hotel. We went to the city beach from the hotel in a comfortable SUV. We agreed with the driver when he will pick us up. The beach is also very clean. In general, we are delighted with the hotel) probably our best trip! I advise everyone)

Bed linen is changed every day, daily cleaning; 3-4 (0.5ml)-give water, Dilmah tea, assorted, assorted coffee, sugar, free soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, slippers. The food is super, d was left in the room. Delicious, coffee. Near the hotel entrance to the subway, there is a lounge where you can hear the singing fountains, Burj Khalifa, visible. Burger King, Pharmacy, Bank, everything is at hand, everything is nearby. Great hotel. Convenient location, polite and attentive staff.
I will add: this year we stayed at this hotel again. And in vain. Premium room! with a broken sink, the mattresses are terrible, the windows are not washed, cleaning for three. Upon check-in, the handle from the front door remained in the hands. Two transfers to the beach were removed, there was one left, at 10.30 and back at 15.00. and on Fridays it is not there. Finding a free table at breakfast is a problem and the menu has not changed in a year. The staff at the restaurant can't cope. In general, this year is a disappointment. I should have gone to another one.
The only plus is the location.
