This is the second time we have been staying at this hotel — the first visit was in January of this year. Then we were very satisfied with both the service and the cuisine, so we decided to return in the summer with the whole family, with children and a babysitter. Unfortunately, this time we faced an unpleasant situation: we came to Si restaurant for lunch with the children, made an order, but waited 40 minutes, and the food never arrived. As a result, they left hungry. We specially took the all inclusive package for comfort, but in fact we were left without lunch. The service in the restaurant is very lame and does not match the level of a 5-star hotel. We are very disappointed.

Good restaurant, delicious food, pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent, but in general it did not spoil the impression. The food is great 👍🏽
