We visited this branch on 04.10.2025 yesterday. My mom and I wanted to buy Frank Olivier-Miss perfume.But unfortunately, the integrity of the cellophane packaging was violated, we asked a consultant to approach (although I thought that consultants should approach a priori and offer their help).After the consultant Karina (if I'm not mistaken) She came over, and we pointed out to her that the package had been opened.To which she replied that the package was intact, which did not suit us, as we would still like to purchase a sealed perfume package.Karina rudely replied (and I quote), "Well, this is the last package." I have worked in the trade for a long time myself, and we were fined for such answers.There is no need to purchase any goods at this branch. If your consultants are not client-oriented, then it may be worthwhile to provide them with training to identify customer needs, as well as to work with customers. Here are some examples of how to respond correctly and politely. : 1) "Unfortunately, this is the last package, maybe we can pick up something similar from another perfume line" 2) "This package is the last one in our branch, but if you can go to another branch, we can use the system to see where this perfume is left," etc.
