I rarely leave reviews, but after the disgraceful experience my wife and son had at NAHATÉ Dubai, I feel obligated to speak up. They arrived dressed immaculately elegant, stylish, and far beyond what the dress code requires. Yet, they were turned away by a staff member who was not only rude but seemed to enjoy the act of gatekeeping, with no explanation that made any sense. Even more absurd? The place was nearly empty. So, who exactly are guests supposed to be “dressing to impress”? Themselves? The ego of the front desk? What’s written in their so-called “family rules” is clearly just a smokescreen for arbitrary decisions made at the door. It’s all about appearances, not hospitality. There’s no class in turning away well-dressed guests with zero courtesy or professionalism. This isn’t luxury it’s insecurity masquerading as exclusivity. If you value dignity, respect, and genuine service, look elsewhere.

An unforgettable visit to an amazing place! The interior is fascinating, every detail is thought out to the smallest detail. The kitchen is a different story! The dishes not only look incredible, but also delight in their taste. Each treat is a real culinary masterpiece. 🍽️👌 The service is top notch! The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to help and prompt. You feel at home, but with a touch of luxury. 🌟 High-quality transition from the restaurant to dancing - the vocalist, the musicians are just great! The DJ was playing at the club like the last time, we haven't danced so much in a long time, the music is great. Expensive, like everything in Dubai 🤑 We had a very cool time, we will definitely come back. Thank you!♥️

But when the time in the cigar bar ended and, when asked about the possibility of extending the time, the waiter replied that for an additional 30,000 dirhams (spent, of course, in the bar) he would solve this issue, an extremely unpleasant aftertaste remained. To a clarifying question, what would you say to those who have already arrived and are waiting for this pre-booked table, the waiter replied that we would apologize and figure something out. It's a disgusting approach. After such an answer, I didn't want to stay any longer. And it's not just about the money and the goonish approach on the part of the staff, but also the fact that in the place of those who politely show the door, if some rampant company wants a similar continuation of the banquet, you may be next time.
