My name is Elizabeth and I took courses at the NCOT "ROZUM" under the program "Modern tools for effective work in a digital environment". Only positive impressions remained from the training, but about everything in order. Before the start of the training, the managers of the center were constantly in touch with me, who promptly answered my questions and clarifications. All bureaucratic issues related to the registration of payments / filling out contracts /acts and applications were also resolved promptly. On the first day of training, the participants were met by a manager who made an excursion around the location and safety. The meeting with the speaker was comfortable. His training program was presented "step by step" so that you do not need to have certain skills to come to this course: everything will be told and laid out on the shelves for everyone personally. At the beginning of each lesson, as well as at the end of each topic, the speaker clarified: is everything clear, are there any questions, and as a result gave detailed answers and suggestions. Special thanks to mentor Sergey Kuzmenko for conducting the course, providing valuable information and the opportunity to communicate around the clock on all issues. I would also like to note the convenient location. It is easy to get to the course venue, which is very important in the conditions of urban bustle. Comfortable conditions inside — air conditioning, a good addition was always fresh cold water, coffee and tea to choose from. The atmosphere promoted productive learning and allowed you to stay in the focus of attention during classes. I recommend the courses to anyone who wants to master digital tools and improve their efficiency. The program met my expectations and the time was spent usefully. Thanks to the organizers and the speaker!
