I gave it away under the Samsung S24 warranty (the camera periodically shook when trying to take something off). They said the diagnosis would take up to 14 days, and the repair would take up to 30 days. I was already preparing to live without a phone for a month, but after a week and a half they called me back, saying that they had already done both diagnostics and repairs (the camera had been replaced). The repair is good, the image is no longer floating. Thanks to the staff for their promptness.

The problem with the phone is that it began to charge more slowly, they said that diagnostics would take up to two weeks and repairs up to a month. And that at the diagnosis, the first thing they will do is rewire it, that is, they need to backup all the data in advance and live without a phone for a month and a half. I wonder if such terms are only guaranteed or for everyone?
