I planned a trip with my parents to Dubai, the choice fell on this concierge service. We helped to organize a camel ride through the desert, dinner at a restaurant with a view of the city and other small requests such as transfers, etc. It was nice to see that we are ready to help at any time of the day, sometimes even outside of normal working hours.
My requests have always been resolved promptly and efficiently, thank you!
