In December 25, I visited the Atrium shopping center twice and was very surprised by the quality of the service. For the first time, a pleasant, smiling girl (the manager) came up to us, she showed us the entire showcase, showed off the decorations and gave us advice. In this case, as they say, "I would have bought it even if nothing was needed." They left with a purchase and a good mood. Two girls were working today, who looked like they were saying "what do you want here, tired of it", zero interest in selling. There was absolutely no desire to make a purchase. I understand that working with people requires a huge resource, but I would like to be polite and respectful, at least to show a smile and a desire to help the customer.
