I decided to take a chance and go through this rehabilitation program. I tried different ways to get rid of the addiction problem, but I did not get the desired result. During the course I gained new experience, which I consider invaluable. At the Academy, the old picture of the world collapsed and a new, colorful, real one began to build up. In 2024, I completed a rehabilitation program for addicts, and I want to share my experience. From the very first days, I felt the support and understanding from the team of specialists. The program was well structured and included both individual and group classes. One of the most valuable aspects was the opportunity to communicate with other participants who were experiencing similar difficulties. This has created an atmosphere of trust and mutual assistance, which is very important in the recovery process. The methods used in the program were diverse: from psychotherapy to practical training in stress management and life skills. I've learned how to deal with triggers and recognize my emotions. Body therapy sessions were also useful, which helped me strengthen my body and spirit. It is important to note that the program not only focused on getting rid of addiction, but also on restoring relationships with loved ones. Family sessions were very useful for improving communication and understanding in the family. I am very grateful for this experience. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for support and is ready for changes.
