The location is convenient, the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, the seats are comfortable, everything is always clean and tidy, there have never been any problems with showing the movie itself, sound, etc. But unfortunately I ran into an unpleasant situation yesterday.: We went to the session on 12/22/25 at 21:20 in hall 2 of the classic "five nights with Freddy" and half the screen was illuminated on the left side (photo attached). Unfortunately, the entire viewing of the film was ruined, as it is a horror movie and most of the film was shot in dark scenes, because of this illumination nothing could be seen ( During the session, I came out with a request to fix the problem since the session was still paid for and it's really a shame, but unfortunately the problem was not sorted out and the whole movie was lit up. And I repeat, since it was a horror movie, the whole atmosphere was ruined (

The halls are modern and cozy, especially some of them. There are pillows and tables with cup holders... The sound and video are just super, totally immersive. And they try to select the appropriate repertoire - new and interesting. But the culture of some viewers with popcorn (and these are not even children) is something. It was like pigs were eating. This popcorn is scattered at the end of the session within a meter radius of the chairs, and in whole heaps. Respect to the staff who regularly cleans all this, because the cinema room is always clean before the session.

Dear representatives of the cinema! If you have any problems with the project or staff, it may be worth canceling the ticket sale. Or at least warn the audience. On August 27, 2025, it was impossible to watch a movie in Hall 2. The screen was so dark that I had to look closely to see anything. It was like watching a movie on a smartphone screen with minimal brightness at night, and then something would be visible on the smartphone. I had a desire to get up and leave, if it wasn't for the company, I would have done so. P.S. It's not about the movie, it all started right away with an advertisement, as if it was shot with the lowest exposure, and then they turned on the viewing at the lowest brightness. There has never been such a thing in any cinema, including yours! It would be 0 stars, but 2 stars still for the friendly staff, cleanliness, and good furniture.
