On April 26, I went to the checkout to order a pizza. The cashier was counting the money and instead of a polite apology she said sharply: "Girl, come to the other cash register!" The tone was displeased and rude. I understand that recalculating the cash register is an important process, but the guest deserves a friendly redirection, not rudeness. Moreover, I felt like her colleague wanted to move away, because she was looking at me and didn't understand if her colleague would dismiss me. I, in turn, did not understand either, until I was "kindly" redirected. The girl who served me in the end was nice, and the pizza was delicious, but I was uncomfortable with the service of the first employee. I ask you to instruct the staff on communication standards. We have visited this institution with my daughter and family several times, we celebrate holidays there, a gift for the child, a cocktail for his birthday, it's nice. There is always a good toy to choose from for the children's set. The staff works great, all the tables are clean, the burgers are very tasty, we tried fast food in other cafes, it tastes better here. The potatoes are tastier than anywhere, the nuggets are very tasty, but as for the prices, nothing is closed, all prices are on the menu, on the bar, on the TVs. The prices are the same as everywhere else, there is even something cheaper, but it tastes better here! I would like to express my gratitude to the administration of this institution for the good service and delicious food from our family! My daughter asks to see you every weekend!
