We had dinner with my husband in August 2025. We generally liked it, my husband and I spent a wonderful evening watching the sunset with the sound of the sea, but for an institution of this level there were moments that we didn't really like. … The restaurant is in a beautiful location, we were kindly welcomed and escorted to our table. I took a second-hand goldfish cocktail, a very spectacular serve, but the taste of the cocktail quickly disappeared from the apparently large amount of ice that melted...( They didn't wipe the table for us before dessert… When serving the tiramisu, my husband and I were served spoons: a canteen for me, and a dessert for him. Turkish coffee was brought without water.. They didn't offer us any sweets at the end of dinner until I asked about them myself.. The payment was in cash, the tip was already included in the bill, and the change was not brought to us... until they reminded us about it.

Today we visited the Sakhalin restaurant in Bodrum. Spectacular location, beautiful sea view, delicious octopus, rolls. Polite and attentive staff, especially stands out among all the lovely girl Angelina, a great smart girl and the soul of this restaurant!!! We learned a lot of interesting things about Bodrum, octopus cooking, restaurant concepts and ideas. Beautiful serving, excellent location, the entourage of the restaurant is simply magical. For the first time in my life I saw such a romantic marriage proposal at the next table, all the guests shed tears, it turns out such events are very common in this iconic place. Long-lasting and mutual happiness and love to the young💗I wish the Sakhalin restaurant team prosperity and inspiration for new cool ideas. I want to come back.

In short: the best restaurant in this area of Bodrum for sure! Most likely the best overall in Bodrum Interior: stylish, elegant, thoughtful. There are elements that overlap with other Sakhalin restaurants. I was especially pleased with the attention to small things - for example, identical glasses and dishes (the same as other restaurants in other countries). A tight fit, but there are also remote tables, I recommend booking at least a day or two in advance. Great music, but it seemed a little loud in places Food: there is definitely no question about it. Perfect combinations, the freshest seafood, a very large selection! By the way, of course, the specialties of the Sakhalin crab salad type are not just the same as in Moscow Time, but absolutely identical. I think this is a level where different products, countries, chefs - but the quality standard is so high that the taste is identical. I want to highlight the fish, namely the kalkan - so far the most delicious fish that I have tasted (by the way, it is fresh here, and this is very rare for this fish). And also, the signature salad and desserts (everything, although not a fan, but here it's very good for sweets). Service: amazing! Firstly, it is easy to get through and/or book online, which is rare for Bodrum. Secondly, the service itself is ideal, from staff selection to pleasant features like Russian-speaking staff. For understanding, not just one waiter was assigned to our table, but three, and all participated Drinks: a great selection of wines, delicious cocktails, again the maximum score! I especially want to highlight the sommelier - they picked up a drink for everyone on the first try (although the tastes are far from similar). Separately, I want to highlight and recommend one of my favorite wines, and the best Alvarinho - Mar de Frades 2021. We were so amazed by the drink that we not only took the bottle with us, but also returned separately for another bottle! Total: I consider it the best restaurant in Bodrum, and I visited all the Michelin in Bodrum (by the way, I'm sure they will get it, they just haven't had time yet because of the novelty of the institution). Head and shoulders above other restaurants, especially in the Yalikavak marina. If you are in Bodrum, it is definitely worth a visit, you will not regret it (which I cannot say about 99% of the restaurants in Bodrum). I think this is the case when the price is more than justified, and yet WRF - and holds the brand in Bodrum, which is nice

(Duplicating from tripadvisor) Everything is super, the atmosphere, the quality of the dishes and the taste exceeded all expectations, I put 5 for it. I would put 4/5 for the service. Sometimes I had to wait 5-10 minutes for a dirty plate to be replaced with a clean one, and it felt like if I hadn't asked to do this, they wouldn't have done it. After Sakhalin in Bodrum, I definitely wouldn't go to Moscow. And this is one of my favorite restaurants in Moscow. There are inadequate prices in Bodrum for absolutely mediocre food. There were two of us, we ate two dishes and one snack at the table, drank a glass of wine and paid almost 200 euros. All the dishes, except for the vongole pasta, were tiny portions and completely inexpressive in taste. The service is excellent, there are no complaints. The view is beautiful. But the wind carried all the food around the table and spilled drinks. The audience and the general atmosphere of the place are slightly 10-mi. In general, we didn't get enough of the food or the impression. PS after the review, the manager contacted me to discuss the details, offered to correct the impression, great respect and gratitude for such work with customer reviews. It is very cool!

Волшебно. "Дорого, богато". Была здесь на свой день рождения с детьми. Ощущение праздника придавало само это красивое место: посадочный зал на свежем воздухе,на берегу моря , вид сказочный особенно во время заката. Обслуживание на высоком уровне. Еда превосходная, дети сметали всё, даже то что никогда не едят. Одно из немногих мест в Турции, где есть хорошая русская кухня, но с изящной и шедевральной подачей. Впечатлил также десерт с сусальным золотом. Есть русскоговорящие администраторы и официанты.
