The beach is clean, the sand is soft and white, the vendors are well chosen, but the beach is often unpleasant to be at. Most of the expat nationalities aren't too big on swimming. So when there's a thousand plus ok the beach and you're one of the few people swimming, you can be the show. It can be quite uncomfortable.

10.10.2024 there is much less mud. The beach is worth a visit, there is a shower, toilet, changing rooms, many palm trees where you can lie in the shade of a seal. On April 6, there were few people, they were free under the palm trees. Sports ground, playground. I wasn't looking for cafes, I don't need them. There's a lot of mud in the water, but it's probably not my day.😆

I love this place very much, everything is fine there, Burj Al Arab, Mina as Salam, Jumeirah beach. I lived nearby and often visited Kite Beach. I miss you, and I hope that I will enjoy it again soon.

The beach is 3.5 km away. Great. The sand is sifted, toilets and changing rooms every 100-150m. Sections of the night beach with floodlights and rescue points. The beach and the water are clean, the water on November 6th is just a fairy tale, warm. Sand from shells mostly. The view in the part of the beach where we were not very good, the sea view spoils the bridge with the road and the island with buildings, but the view of the city with the Burj Khalifa is excellent. The beach is clean, sun beds and umbrellas are free only for people 60+ and the disabled. Toilet and shower are free for everyone. There is little shade only under the palm tree and the advertising structure. Burshkhalif is perfectly visible. Sometimes sea urchins and algae come across in the water is not critical. The water is clean, cloudy only near the shore, it was +21-22 degrees, at first it burns with cold, but from the second approach it is pleasantly refreshing. On this beach you can swim at night!
There are bright lanterns, a shower, a toilet and deck chairs, a plot is fenced off in the sea with buoys, where you can swim under the tireless supervision of rescuers.
It was even nice to swim here (the last week of September, the air is +41 during the day), at night the water is not as hot as during the day.
I recommend it for the hot season!
