The driver did not deliver, to the question why they arrived at 7 a.m., the answer was according to a template and allegedly no one knew what the schedule was from 9 a.m. On re-delivery, the operator already called back and called the organization's opening hours herself, although they were not told, so the conclusion is: they knew the opening hours! upon re-delivery , no one sent an SMS from the time of delivery either !
