But what seriously annoys me is the non-issuance of a receipt (literally anyone can pick up my order) and trays that don't fit a drink + puff pastry. Also, the tables are so close together that it's a real challenge to pass without hitting someone.

I repeat after many others: the pastries are excellent, the lunch menu is delicious, but the staff is terrible. 4 people are running around among themselves and can't agree on who's doing what. They seem to be grabbing at everything. One girl took the order, and the other gave it while she was gone. The order was with me and, in turn, I asked him not to heat it, as a result, they brought a hot one, the package was not offered. I had to carry it in my hands, which was a problem, not only because it was hot, but also because everything was bulky. When asked about the appliances, the girl rolled her eyes and took out a spoon with displeasure. I understand that there is a lot of traffic, queues and a lot of people, but I work in the service sector myself and such an attitude towards customers is a nightmare. Pay attention to the service, give employees training, and keep an eye on the work! What happens in this place spoils any impression and discourages the desire to return there.
