This review refers to the hall on Victory Square "BC Prospect". I will try to describe in as much detail as possible all the cons and advantages of this gym, and I hope that the administration of the gym will try to minimize the disadvantages. I have been going to this hall since its opening in December, and for 2 months, and also went to the X-Fit at the Institute of Culture, and in comparison with it, this hall loses on the following points (all these are small details, but in total spoil the overall impression of the hall): 1. The absence of a rack with barbells of a certain weight (15, 20, 30, 40, etc.). Such a rack usually stands in all halls, and it is very convenient because you do not need to disassemble / assemble the neck after yourself, and there are no straight small fingerboards in the hall, so there is not even an alternative, because it is not A curved neck is suitable for all exercises, or it's just inconvenient to take a large one. 2. The absence of the "lower block traction" simulator. And I'm talking about its standard version with one cable. There is, of course, its block replacement, but it is rather dubious, because there are fixed "handles" that can only move along one line, and the weight feels very light, and for many there will be little of the whole block, and due to the fact that the simulator is blocky, it will not be more difficult to pull one — the weight will just split. In short, it is very strange that this simulator is missing, because it is very much loved by many gym visitors. 3. Many pancakes leave traces of grease or something black on their hands. It would be nice to wipe all the pancakes somehow (especially the part where the hands are taken, and the hole where the neck is inserted). 4. Group training sessions. There is a problem with the training sessions that take place on the training equipment area (TRX and what is related to the space where the crossbars stand). If you're suddenly unlucky enough to be working nearby when something is going on, then you're guaranteed to have a headache at the end of your workout, because the coaches there usually turn on the music so loudly that noise-canceling headphones can't cut through the noise. And if there was at least something really good playing there, then OK, but listening usually involves such brain-numbing tracks that you instantly want to go home. As a solution, you can suggest, for example, adding crossbars to the next room, where Pilates and similar group classes usually take place, because there are a lot of places there. 5. Unfortunately, 2 months have passed, and the punching bag has not yet been hung up:( The sauna is a separate issue, they promised that it would be about 3 months after the opening. We're still waiting. The advantages include: 1. Beautiful view of the river and the park. As well as the decoration of the hall itself is done at a decent level. Very nice waiting room/hallway. Otherwise, in some halls, you are greeted at the entrance not by soft sofas and a coffee machine, but by a cage with a grid. 2. There is a fairly wide variety of exercise equipment, and it can also be emphasized that all the exercise equipment is comfortable (in some gyms, ~ 20% of the exercise equipment is not very comfortable due to various reasons). 3. Location. The hall is located in the center, just 5 minutes from the metro. 4. Showers and changing rooms. Very often, in halls in about the same price category, they save on showers, put some buttons on the faucets instead of normal knobs, and the drains are often clogged, and water/dirt accumulates. There are no such problems in this room, the showers are very well made. The changing rooms are clean, but they are quite small compared to the previous room, and the closets have become noticeably smaller:( In general, the room is quite good for its price. As a room in the middle price segment, it can be estimated at 7.5/10. If the errors that I have indicated are corrected, then the hall will be on the ninth floor. Considering that the gym opened relatively recently and not everything has been completed yet, I advise you to consider buying a subscription here. For now, I will give three stars, if there is feedback from the administration in the form of neutralizing the shortcomings, then I will change the review. Have a nice day, everyone

I returned a year later and was absolutely delighted! 🏋️‍♀️ The atmosphere here is simply amazing: friendly coaches who are always ready to help and support, as well as motivating activities that make training fun. The equipment in the gym is modern and diverse, which allows both beginners and experienced athletes to practice. I also appreciated the cleanliness and order in the gym, which creates comfortable conditions for training. In addition, there are various group classes that help diversify workouts and meet new people. In general, I am very pleased with my choice and recommend this gym to anyone who wants to improve their physical fitness and get a boost of energy! 💪✨

The hall is not bad. 1st floor + basement. A variety of simulators, 2-3 pieces of the same (for the same muscle groups), so there are enough simulators in the morning, but I'm not sure about the evening. They sell a lot of season tickets, so there may be a lot of people, but on weekday mornings at 8-11 I have not encountered such. Good location. Shower, small sauna in the locker room. Private Parking with a barrier. The 1st floor is well ventilated, I don't know about the basement. Pleasant discounts on season tickets and can be thrown for a couple of months for bringing a friend, etc. but again, it is fraught with the fact that at some point there may be a lot of people in the hall.
