Have you been to your establishment in the city of Jizzakh: 1. Low and slow maintenance service. We ordered two double Americanos, water was brought only to one, and we had to ask the waiter for the second one. 2. The orgy of dessert delivery. We ordered 8 desserts from the window, everything was in stock. While the waiter brought them to us, it turned out that one was allegedly not available, and the second one was completely confused. As a result, we ordered another dessert, but they stupidly didn't score it, and accordingly they didn't take it out. I had to go to the window again and beg for dessert, for money. Is this normal? But they didn't give it to us either, until they found a waiter who could score it and give it out. Horror. 3. The quality of the drinks. Bad Americano, frankly bad. It's a cross between a double espresso and a lungo. But when I order Americano, they should give me Americano, not slop. The raf is also bad, it definitely wasn't made with 10% cream, not even 50/50. It was made with 2.5% low-fat milk. The double latte macchiato doesn't taste like chocolate or cocoa at all. It's just a latte. Throwing one bag of green tea on a teapot is low. If you position yourself as a coffee shop, be it, not a tea house. 4. The desserts taste good, but they couldn't cover all of the above disadvantages.
