It's a lovely hotel. The staff speaks English. You can have a dog. We were driving from Batumi, tired and had a wonderful rest at this hotel before going on the road. We will definitely stop here during our next trip. Thank you for the warm welcome

The hotel can be reached by location, parking space is available. But the rooms were not clean enough Jul. There were areas that were dusty. There were no hand and face napkins in the sink. Because now the use of towels in this type of hotels is reduced to the minimum. Breakfast, which is indicated as an open buffet, is never enough. I have never come across such a breakfast at the Radisson before.

Although the room was cleaned, the amount of dust on the windowsill is something... and the constant sound of metal loading. Otherwise, everything seems to be fine. The staff was great, we arrived late, and all the food was closed. We helped to order the delivery . So well done. zavtarki is plentiful. !

We stayed overnight during a road trip on the Istanbul-Batumi section. We appreciated the huge comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses and pillows, the spacious bathroom, the snow-white linen and bathrobes, and the cleanliness in the room. Everything you need to get a good night's sleep and relax. I agree with previous reviews, in some places it is clear that repairs are already needed to fully meet the standards of this hotel chain, but still the shortcomings are not critical and are compensated by the service. It was completely quiet at night, and the neighborhood of the industrial zone was not felt. We booked through the Radisson network app with a significant discount. At the time of our trip, this was the best deal for hotels of this level on the route, the price-quality ratio was rated as super.

The hotel is a bit dirty. Starting from the exterior, and the windows are covered in soot, debris in the corridors to cigarette marks in the rooms. First they gave me a smoky number, then they changed it. The numbers themselves do not correspond to the network level. Dusty curtains, bathrobe, towels are not very clean, gray in color. They disdained to dry themselves. The bathroom seems to be clean, but repairs are already required. Overall, it's barely 3 stars.

I have deleted the good comment I made earlier right now. There is no such unnecessary head structure, they have no respect for two grams of sleep. With so much space around you at the back of the hotel, it's really not smart to have a parking problem here when you're so far away from the center. The wayside wands are more honorable. I think when the stay time is extended, there is an immediate relaxation of the springs. They said put the car here at night and called from everywhere because you need to tow the car at half past 6 in the morning, came to the door and poisoned two grams of sleep. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is nice, but our sleep was really cheap. It's a pity they couldn't even build a proper parking lot. If you come when the tours start in three days, it's nothing but a disgrace, as far as I understand. Having to leave a car on the uncanny streets in a remote place so far outside the city.. I don't think they will take responsibility for anything either. They've poisoned this sleep...
