We checked in with my husband, two separate beds. The air conditioner is working, it's cold. The linen and towels are clean, the cleaning was done just before our arrival. The bathroom is clean. Near the railway station, but you can't hear the trains. There is one minus and then with a tightening: the water quickly runs out of warm, since I have long hair while washing them, the water is already cold.

We were traveling by car from Moscow to Alma-Ata. We made 4 overnight stops along the route Moscow-Penza-Orenburg-Aktobe-Kyzyl-Orda-Alma-Ata. The house in Aktobe was the best option of 4 stops in its price niche. We rented a room on the 2nd floor for two with our animals (toy terrier + kote). The room has everything you need except a washing machine and an ironing board, but this will be a different price niche. Thanks to the owner and the staff, keep the "brand" on top and further. I recommend to the guests "Feel at home."
