As it turned out, after piercing my ears, I need to return in a month to replace the part in the earring- which I was not warned about in advance. They also did not warn that it was impossible to remove the earring on your own. Therefore, I had to come back a month later, but I couldn't sign up in the evening, they said that everything was busy for two weeks. I'm going on vacation and I wanted to change the earring, but now it won't work. I bought two earrings at the salon and now I have to break them to replace them-their earrings are not cheap. To my comment that it was a matter of minutes and maybe they would be able to fit me into the schedule (I wrote a week before my vacation), the administrator categorically said -ALAS- there were no places and did not offer an alternative. In my opinion, the customer focus in this salon is zero. I don't recommend it.
