Location on the outskirts of Dubai city. In a new neighborhood under construction. There are shops and an exchange office nearby. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, cafe. There is no sauna. The rooms have a kitchenette, there are dishes, if not available, they will bring extra. There is no washing machine. There is a balcony, but the balcony cannot be accessed closed.
