The hotel is great. Convenient location: close to many attractions within walking distance, cozy coffee shops and restaurants, 10-15 minutes to the airport by taxi. In the hotel itself: friendly staff, welcome to extend the room, guarded Parking for a car. For a family of 3 people, the room is small, but for our purpose-to relax after the road, spend the night, have breakfast and go-it is quite enough and comfortable. The breakfasts are good, buffet style. The windows of the room overlook the road, but the sound insulation is excellent, there were no problems.

Excellent location, accessibility to the shopping center, park, central streets.

A very nice and cozy place. I specially took it closer to the Expo. And all the days that the exhibition was on foot. Very cool. And the fact that the airport is also not far away , it 's great . No traffic jams))). There are no comments on the hotel , since it is always smooth and stable there , after all , network operators . Even if they work under a franchise, they keep the brand. I like. One of the best places in Astana , and also at an affordable price .

I like to stay here during business trips. Clean, cozy, good breakfasts. However, there are not always available rooms, but it is understandable, because there is a good value for money here.
Compared to some "4-star" hotels in Astana, I prefer the 3-star Hampton.

The hotel is good. Smart guys at the reception desk. A normal buffet, without the exotic truth. There is a minus - in the rooms, maybe not in all, there are no refrigerators. If you live for one day, then nothing else, if several, it is already an inconvenience. But there is a way out! Drinks and snacks should not be left for tomorrow, but consumed in one evening! There are no bathrobes, it doesn't matter either, you can walk around without it... Stains on the carpet, a trifle, probably the number is like that, but everything else is normal. In general, if I'm in Astana, I'll come here anyway, maybe the refrigerators will be delivered by then...

Nice small hotel, very clean and cozy. They checked in earlier than they should because I'm a member of the Hilton loyalty program. The room has everything, water, tea, kettle, even slippers. You can only get up in the elevator using key cards, a Hilton feature. In the morning I left before breakfast started, they gave me a very good lunch box, even boiled egg and yogurt, for which I thank you very much, then I had a quiet breakfast at the airport. It's a ten-minute drive from the hotel to the airport. You can walk to the arch, mega Silk Way, Expo and the Grand Mosque with your feet. It is better to get to the center (Baiterek, etc.) by taxi, although, in theory, you can also walk. The impressions of the hotel are only positive.

Overall a good hotel. Everything is clean, delicious breakfasts. The hotel staff is excellent with the exception of the general manager (I may be mistaken in my position). During our stay at the hotel, we decided to extend our stay, the employee at the reception was happy to extend our room. But the next day they knocked on our door and asked us to vacate the room. We went down to the reception desk to figure out what was going on. The general manager was just there, she told us in an absolutely boorish tone that she had no time to waste time on us and now other people should come into this room, so we should have checked out a long time ago, otherwise we are interfering with her work. I had to call the Hilton hotline, where we were confirmed that our reservation had been extended and helped to sort out the situation.

Мы были в данном отеле впервые. Впечатление осталось очень хорошее - понравилось всё.
Плюсы:
- стоимость;
- современный номер;
- вкусные завтраки (в особенности нас покорили круасаны - они великолепны);
- приветливый персонал;
- ежедневная уборка номера (замена полотенец и т.д.);
- вода, чаи, молоко добавляли каждый день).
Минусы: небольшая площадь номера и отсутствие балкона (хотя это возможно зависит от количества проживающих).
Всё понравилось - если будем останавливаться в Астане, то только к Вам!

I liked the hotel very much, we stayed in December 2023. Standard room, cozy, modern, has everything you need. Linen and towels are changed very often, cleaning is done every day. Tea bags, coffee, bottled water are also a very nice bonus. The girls and boys at the reception are very pleasant and friendly - a huge thank you to them - they helped us a lot in terms of where to go to eat, where to change money, what to see in the city. We also liked the breakfasts very much - for any request and everything is very tasty. So I recommend the hotel.

The impression was spoiled only by small things - the bathroom door handle fell off at hand, weak water pressure in the shower, a clogged iron that burned the jacket when steaming. Overall, the impression is positive.

The location is great! We went out and immediately you can take a walk on Bayterek, and go out to the shops, and both to grocery stores and to clothing stores. The rooms are clean. There is everything you need. In the morning there is a buffet for breakfast, there is a large selection of English, American and Kazakh cuisine. The rooms are small, not very clean. Upon arrival, the sofa in the room was wet, I asked to replace it.
Breakfast for 3 out of 10! For those who are used to eating a different breakfast every day, this is not the right hotel.
I asked to cook an omelet, they said that the concept of the hotel does not imply providing a special meal, but what about croutons or vegetables?
At 8:30, cleaning begins to wash the floors in the hall, but they are dirty in the evening, it is not pleasant to go out in slippers for breakfast and see a dried dirty floor.

I stayed at the hotel from November 14th to 18th.
The rooms are quite good. That's just the sink is uncomfortable (they had to reach for the faucet) and there is no hygienic shower. And the room was quite hot +25. Apparently, the cooling function of the air conditioner was turned off for the winter period. I had to set the battery regulator to a minimum and periodically ventilate the room (fortunately, the window opened easily).
The breakfasts are quite good. We have already written about delicious waffles (especially in combination with coconut crumbs, bananas and apricot jam).
Special thanks to the friendly staff at the reception: they helped and promptly resolved any issues.

Хорошее расположение в центре. Номера компактные, но чистые, матрас удобный, постель чистая, полотенца тоже, телевизор почти ничего не показывает. В номере все есть ( тапочки, есть полный чайный набор, вода, фен, все средства, много полотенец, нет халата). Но, берите номера подальше вглубь двора, иначе шум от проспекта просто не дает спать👎. В гостинице, кроме завтрака, еды никакой нет. Завтрак, кстати, отличный👍. Снэк-бар заявленный в рекламе всегда пуст, только вода и спрайт. для ночных заездов можно бы заранее уточнять у гостей будут ли они что-то кушать и заказать для них хотя бы какие-то сэндвичи. Но, доставка из ресторанов сюда приезжает быстро.
