I really liked the hotel, spacious rooms, good breakfasts, excellent location. It is equally convenient to get to Marina Creek, Palm Jumeirah, Burj Khalifa and Deira. I would especially like to mention the hotel staff, security manager Douglas and all the other reception staff. They are always ready to help, they will tell you what and where it is, they are attentive and responsive! They take into account all the wishes of the guests. We were agreed on a late departure without problems and surcharges, helped to organize searches and find a phone forgotten in a taxi. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely come back and recommend it to friends!

Great hotel, convenient location, 15 minutes by bus to the beach near Burj Al Arab, 20 minutes to JBR too.
Burj Khalifa is also 15 minutes away by metro.
Emirates Mall is also within walking distance, in general it is very convenient.
The room was very pleasant, very spacious and clean.
Breakfasts are quite good, as everywhere else in general for this money.
The rooftop pool has a great view, and there are also free saunas, hammam and Jacuzzi.

The service is daily! Transfer to the best Kite beach daily except Sundays. A rooftop pool and spa with a chic steam room in a hammam. Dubai Marina has 3 metro stops. Emirates Pier is a 20-minute walk away. Dubai pier in a straight line on the red line.
The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable!
We took the simplest room - there is a nuance!
Conventionally, there is a window to the atrium, the room is dark and not ventilated, the first impression is the smell of dampness (. Linen does not dry at all.
However, if you only spend the night, then there is no need for a window and a balcony). In the afternoon, you can sunbathe on the roof by the pool.
The air conditioner works powerfully and stably. They made it warmer at night and covered themselves with a warm blanket. There are 2 Russian TV channels.
You can go back to that hotel 100 percent.
It should be borne in mind that the distances are not small and if you are with children who do not like to walk, then you need a stroller.

Great location! The metro is a 10-minute walk away. There are many grocery supermarkets and cafes within walking distance. They took the deluxe.. A large, cozy room. Cleaning, change of towels daily. A modern hotel. Clean, neat, technologically advanced. The location is convenient, near Emirates Mall , metro station. There are many good restaurants and eateries nearby. A clean area. I liked that there are Starbucks and Baskin Robins inside the hotel. On the negative side: toothbrushes and machines are not put in the room, not all rooms have windows.

We liked the hotel, we had a rest at the end of August, the most important plus is a good location to the metro line. Breakfast buffet: varied and delicious, we were not hungry)
The cleaning was also normal, always updated tea/coffee, etc. The reception also always helped, there were no problems, but only in English communication
Minuses: 1. there is no balcony, drying things is very problematic, but while we were in the pool, we took everything out in the sun and dried it, but this is so-so. Laundry is expensive according to their price list. 2. swimming pool until 20:00, I would like at least until 22:00. 3. A deposit is required, this is their policy. They returned it to us in dirhams, but we agreed to pick it up the day before departure to change it into dollars.
The transfer to the beach was from 9:00-13:00, but at 11-12:00 we left by taxi ourselves (25 dirhams), because it was unrealistic to sit in the heat and the water heated up. They asked me to pick them up early, they said that the driver has his own schedule and he still carries other people. This was a minus
There is nothing on the beach, nobody rented anything either, a couple of palm trees only)), but you can buy water, it's better to get to another beach yourself

I want to leave my feedback about a wonderful vacation in Dubai. The service is Excellent, the staff is always ready to help and respond to any request, although there were difficulties with the language, but they offered an interpreter and answered and helped everything in seconds. We were worried about charging cell phones, but it was decided to offer an adapter. The staff is polite, smiling, friendly, and it makes you so happy on vacation. Cozy, huge rooms with everything you need, water was brought to the room every day, the bathroom has everything, shampoo gel, etc. Upon request, an ironing board with an iron was brought, which also pleased me. Cleaning is done efficiently, without tips.
Separate words of gratitude are to the chefs and waiters, how delicious and varied everything is, what a beautiful presentation of dishes for lunch or dinner, it's just excellent, and how delicious, every time they tasted an exquisite meal, they came out with such delight, it definitely wants to be noted. In the morning, dishes are taken out and added to the buffet immediately, as thoughtfully. And how quickly they clean up here, the service and service of the waiters is a five plus. There are always enough places in the restaurant and bar, which is good news.
A transfer to the sea was provided, this is also not a little important, and you could also take clean towels with you.
There is an excellent spa center with a wide range of services, a swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas, clean towels, in any quantity, of any size.

This is not a new hotel, as many have already noticed. But very cute. It is located quite well - between two metro stations. Near the Emirates Mall, where there are many banks and you can change money. It's about the same to go to downtown and to the marina.
The rooftop pool is very small. But it's enough to refresh yourself. However, we, for example, did not manage to refresh ourselves very much))) the water temperature is like in the bathroom. In general, it was even pleasant.
The hotel has a very good Wi-Fi. Enough for the simplicity of video, for video conferencing, and so on.
The breakfasts are very monotonous. But generally edible.
If you rent a car, the underground Parking is free. It is very narrow. We had a wrangler, we just stopped by with soap)
The overall impression of the hotel is approx. But I won't go back there a second time)))

The hotel is not for recreation. Rather, for a business trip. They take you to the beach every other day, the car is under repair, they don't take you on Sunday. Beach towels are not provided. There is no children's room - only a small house near the pool. Cleaning is done if you just poke and demand. There is a mosque nearby - you can hear it. Walking from the subway with a child is not very close. Choose another hotel for your vacation.

In general, a good hotel, the rooms are "tired" already, for 8 nights the linen was changed once. The cleaning is not bad, though hygienic accessories except shampoo /shower gel will be given out only once (for example, a shower cap, a shaving kit, sponges and cotton swabs were in the room only upon check-in). In the bathroom, there is a triple cleaning, they clean only what they see.
There are no balconies, it is difficult to dry clothes. The air conditioner is very comfortable, worked day and night.
The pool is generally clean, but you can find something to complain about))
The breakfasts are good, generally monotonous, but there are a lot of dishes, the food tastes similar to the one in Russia. We recommend taking dinners, because in Dubai it will cost you from 30 dirhams to eat for one (for our money, at a rate of 29 rubles per dirham, there is not a little for one meal)), dinners at the hotel up to 22x, which is very convenient.
From the hotel to the metro 9 minutes on foot, very good location. If you plan to move around the city by public transport-in the subway, immediately take a silver card for travel (like 6 dirhams it costs, the rest of everything you put can be used for trips to the subway, buses and tram). In general, one metro ride from the hotel to all the famous attractions in one direction will cost 7 dirhams per person. Buses are cheaper, it took 3 dirhams to get to the bay. Buses run strictly on schedule (there are buses at stops and in the metro) and payment is possible only by metro card. Air conditioners work everywhere, so if you're freezing, take sweaters with you))
There is absolutely no provision for pedestrians in Dubai, there are minimum crossings and sidewalks. A taxi to the bay from the hotel will cost 20-25 dirhams.
Take more cash with you)) we climbed the Burj Khalifa, went to the water park and visited the Green Planet-we paid about 55 thousand rubles only for the entrances (in general, all entrance tickets are from 150 to 250 dirhams, the water park is more expensive-$ 100 per person and above).
To be more careful, you can find drinking water for free on the streets) in general, 1.5 liters of water in supermarkets costs 2.5 dirhams, but on the beaches-0.5 liters of 10 dirhams

The hotel met all expectations, a classic 4* with excellent service.
We had a check-in in the evening at 23.00 (we took a tour through Pegas Touristic - tour operator Fun&Sun Yekaterinburg-Dubai 4 people / 2 rooms). The receptionist told everything in detail and even upgraded the rooms to a higher category. The peculiarity of 4* hotels in Dubai is that not all room categories are provided with bathrobes and slippers, in this hotel in the Superior and Deluxe categories - this option is not available.
Upon check-in, they were asked to pay the tax (270 dirhams and 400 dirhams refundable deposit) - all this for 4 people.
The location of the hotel was one of the decisive factors of choice: 10 min to Mashreq metro station, 10 min to bus stop, 10 min to Mall of the Emirates. You can easily catch a taxi at the exit of the hotel. There are supermarkets and various cafes around.
Food: everything according to the standards of hotel catering in this category - eggs in 3 types, pastries, hot meat and vegetable dishes, cold sliced vegetables, fruits, pastries, drinks: tea/coffee/ juice
We also took dinners - there are no questions about them either - everything is delicious and there is always a choice, I especially liked white fish - they cook very tasty. The waiters are polite and neat.
The hotel has a rooftop pool - with a cool view - open from 8 am, towels are provided, there is also a Jacuzzi and a hammam. Wi-fi works perfectly throughout the hotel.
Room cleaning is regular - I especially liked the information boards at each room (do not disturb / please clean up). Water was replenished every day, bed linen was replaced every other day, clean towels every day. Gel/shampoo/conditioner - everything is provided.
Beach: The transfer to Kite Beach was only on weekdays (possibly due to the fact that we were only at the beginning of the season). Weekdays at 9.00 from the hotel / at 13.00 from the beach to the hotel.
It is mandatory to make an appointment at the reception desk at the desk clerk. Even out of season there was a moment when we could not sign up because of the number of guests already recruited. Therefore, it is better to sign up in the afternoon the next morning.
We monitored different beaches in Dubai and wanted to relax on Kite Beach because of the wide and long coastline, as well as all the necessary free amenities (shower, toilet).
The beach is divided into 2 zones: on the left side there are paid umbrellas (120 dirhams per day per person), a view of the Burj Al Arab, a shady court and other sports grounds and on the right side, where everyone rests with their umbrellas and canopies, a shower and various cafes (coffee prices from 15 dirhams)
I recommend buying a beach umbrella at the Mall of the Emirates in the Carrefour supermarket (50 dirhams), in September it is impossible to stay on the beach for more than an hour without an umbrella.
You can go to Kite Beach by bus on your own (the stop at the same Mashreq metro station is right at the entrance) by bus 81, you will be dropped off at Emirates Mall. Or by taxi 28 dirhams one way from the hotel.
Attractions: from the hotel we mostly moved by metro to various tourist locations. Immediately upon arrival, they purchased a silver card in the metro (such as the Moscow Troika card). 25 dirhams the cost of the card - 6 dirhams are immediately charged for plastic, the rest remain as a deposit for trips by metro and bus - it is important that at least 7.5 dirhams always remain on the card to make trips. You can top up the card at the cash desk or in special vending machines at metro stations for any amount.
Dubai Marina and the Eye of Dubai (Ferris Wheel) - by metro from Mashreq Station to DMCC station - 3 dirhams in one direction.
Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall - to Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Station - 5 dirhams per person one way.
Madinat Jumeirah Market and little Venice - from the hotel by taxi 25 dirhams one way.
The Museum of the Future and the Emirates Towers - to the Emirates Towers station - 5 dirhams per person in one direction
Golden frame and Zabiel Park - to the station Max - 5 dirhams per person in one direction. Entrance to the park is paid: 5 dirhams with a silver card, 25 dirhams without a card.
Deira - old district to Sharaf DG station 5 dirhams per person one way.
Very important!!! Although it is written everywhere that the metro works in Dubai until 1.00, at 23.20 they can block any branch / side - we got there 2 times, so you can safely move to the subway only until 23.00, later - have money for a taxi with you. For example, a taxi ride from Deira to the hotel cost 68 dirhams, from Dubai Mall - 35 dirhams.

Nice city hotel. Rested in December 2022. The pool was heated, worked until 20.00. There is a separate sauna for women and men, a hammam, a Jacuzzi (not all functions work in it). Not a bad gym. Breakfast buffet. If you take lunch or dinner, then it's on the menu, we only had a buffet dinner for one day.
Alcohol can only be drunk in the room.
The room was spacious, the Windows overlooked a quiet part of the street. The room had a bed and a sofa. The bathroom is normal. The elevator can only be used by card from the room.
