Excellent location. Near the beach, embankment, cafes and restaurants, monorail, shops, pharmacy, beauty salons. There is a beautiful lobby inside, where you can relax, watch TV, chat. There is a kitchen and a large dining table. Two bathrooms. Very clean and cozy rooms. Wonderful view from the windows. Friendly and helpful hosts. I attach a photo of the surroundings
