The Tolib Bobo Cafe is a typical family—run establishment with Uzbek cuisine. Pilaf, manti, lagman and other national dishes are served here. The food does not cause much delight — the taste is three-fold: not to say that it is tasteless, but there is also something memorable. It's pretty simple and homey. If you are very hungry and there are no other options nearby, you can eat here. The portions are normal, you won't stay hungry. The atmosphere is cozy, it is clear that the cafe is family-run: everything is modest, kind, without unnecessary pathos. For a quick snack, it's fine. But if you're looking for something particularly tasty and atmospheric, then it's probably worth considering other places.
