It is very convenient for me, because on the 1st there is another weakness of mine - the massage room at Zarina. Massage technique, responsibility to the client and sterility are very important to me. Here, for the first time, the clamps worked so hard that tinnitus disappeared. I'm just happy after the session. I highly recommend it

The best gym, in my opinion. Good simulators, responsive trainers. There is a swimming pool. You can chat about life with others and drink hot chocolate. Special attention is paid to the pretty female coaches, I am not allowed in their gym.

Мои дети посещают бассейн, ходят на занятия по плаванию к тренеру Адильбеку в мастер свим. Очень нравится тренер, вежливый, трудолюбивый. А также сотрудник ЛОК Бодрость, очень вежливые.

ну потому что бассейн маленький по размеру, глубина для меня очень высокая, и там всего три дорожки, и я не сильно советую туда ехать

Много всего, разных секций, есть спортзал. Но как по мне требуется ремонт, бассейн говорят грязный немного. В целом не так уж и плохо

Отвратительное отношение администрации к людям! Прямые оскорбления в лицо, нежелание решать проблемы бассейна (в воде очень много хлорки, заниматься невозможно!).
Ужасно.

Один из самых известных спортивных комплексов в городе и один из немногих, где есть бассейн. Большой выбор всего для спорта и здоровья в одном здании)
