After several days of living in the area and visiting different places, we received a booklet on the street and decided to stop by for a meal. The establishment is in the usual design, located on the second floor. Very polite and friendly staff. High-level service, very tasty food. The price is not high compared to other establishments, the portions are of good size, I even had to take some of them with me (packed without any problems). We were satisfied, if there is a choice of where to eat absolutely the same food as at every step, but tasty, in a friendly atmosphere and without overpayment, then you should choose this place. Jamal is the owner of the establishment, he does his job perfectly. The cost of the dishes is quite decent. You can always ask to change the composition of the dish or replace the meat (from lamb to beef). At the beginning, an Ezme salad with flatbread is served as a compliment, followed by the main dishes and at the end a baklava with tea as a gift. The most delicious dishes are only in Mevlana, they have not been found anywhere better.

I can't give this place 5 stars. We lived nearby, walked, decided to stop by. The barkers on the street are actively trying to persuade people to come in and distribute menus to the right and left. The cafe doesn't look pretentious, it's very simple and even a little scary. But we decided to stay. Bread and some special vegetable spread were brought immediately (even before the order was made). There weren't many people, but the staff were running from one table to another, ignoring us at first. It immediately became clear that this is not the place where you will be licked for tips)) After clarifying the nuances of the menu a little, we made an order. The staff speaks English and a little Russian, there were no difficulties. But for some reason, the wrong half of the order was delivered. Shawarma was served instead of chicken kebab. When asked "what is it", the employee tried to convince me at first that this was exactly what I ordered, but then he just took the shawarma away. After 5 minutes, I got my kebab, but it turned out to be a shawarma unwrapped (the pieces of meat were not whole, there were French fries, lettuce leaves were in the shawarma sauce). Overall, it was delicious, but the situation was a bit stressful. Baklava and tea were provided for free. I recommend it if you just need an inexpensive meal.

You will not be welcome anywhere for such an order, more dishes will get dirty. It's better to take it out then. There were two of us (girls), we took a dish and were able to eat everything. Another piggy fit to fill a belly, but no more. The two-course dinner shown in the photo is 2,900 rubles. Kebab 100 g, the rest is pearl barley, sauerkraut and lettuce. In a dish filled with diluted tomato paste, the meat is mixed with bread, which tastes more than disgusting. The complete absence of spices, only the acid from yogurt and tomato paste, salt and a huge amount of oil. The most delicious was the complimentary okroshka salad, which is yesterday's salad on a Swede, only crushed in a blender. The bread is delicious, but they can work with dough in Turkey. Advice - choose places to eat in advance, do not lead to stomach attacks of greed and then you will not be lured by sweet promises of delicious meat into such holes.

I agree with the comment that this is a simple eatery with a standard menu, a sad interior and a specific attitude towards customers. The most important thing is that the promised compliment is forgotten if you order too little according to the owner. But we could become regular customers and bring in much more revenue in the future. We passed by a few times and decided to stop by, especially since the barker promised tea, baklava and no extra money as a gift. Considering that in Turkey the size of one serving is quite large, we ordered one sample dish for three for 240 lira (man, woman and adult child). When he heard that we wanted only one dish and not three, the owner made a face, took the aluminum bowl with a compliment of unknown content and never smiled again. Of course, we didn't get any tea or baklava. However, in the end we paid the promised 240 lira, but we left this place with a nasty feeling inside. You'll get as much attention as your check is big, and the guest should overeat to please the owner's wallet. I'm afraid to imagine what would happen if we just ordered a cup of tea)) Dish: chicken breast, fresh cabbage, sour cabbage, onion with red pepper, rice in sauce, vegetables, everything is fresh, nothing unusual tastes. Tea is missing, baklava is missing. Please note that in Turkey, the size of a dish is really large for one person, especially if it is spicy. I wish you all a positive mood and a good rest!
