Nice city hotel, friendly staff, new clean rooms. It is located on the beach walk jumeirah, an extended promenade, there is a running track/ bike-scooter track. You can rent urban electric bicycles, walking from the hotel to the "sail" about 40 minutes. The beach is in a pleasant bay, opposite some kind of construction site, possibly a new island. The coastline is huge, you can choose any place, there are showers and toilets everywhere.Bedding, towels, umbrella, and water are provided at the hotel. Separately, I would like to advise you not to believe the reviews about a meager breakfast and the opportunity to have breakfast more advantageously nearby. Breakfast is far from continental (photo attached), next to this price you can only buy coffee with a croissant.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days and were very satisfied! The rooms are cozy, clean, the cleaning is regular and of high quality, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The pool is located on the top floor, warm and clean, the only negative is that there are fans on the roof, which is why they can be heard in some corner rooms. If you are sensitive to sounds, choose rooms on the 1st floor, or with a view of the city, but there is a road there. Plus, the cook may be late, so instead of having lunch at 1 p.m., you can order something later, maybe even at 2 p.m. It's completely inconvenient to plan a day with this approach. For dinner, it is often suggested to take a burger with fries instead of a la carte meals. It's funny, but a chocolate bar, bought as a gift, disappeared from our room after one of the cleaning. Along the entire shore there are cafes, entertainment, separate paths for bicycles and runners, benches, vending machines for pouring water. It is a 10- and 30-minute walk to the night beaches where people swim after sunset. There are supermarkets nearby and an endless number of cafes on the street, so they didn't take food at the hotel. By bus, 30 minutes to Marina and the same amount to downtown, an hour to Deira without transfers. The hotel provides water every day, you can take sun beds, towels and umbrellas at the reception before going to the beach, and it's super convenient. There is a swimming pool on the roof and a gym, everything is small and well equipped. There is a Russian-speaking staff and English is well spoken. There were no problems with communication, everyone will help, they will prompt you on any questions. The hotel is beautiful, cool, clean, without any super luxury, cozy. Good plumbing, rain shower, everything is fine. There are all kinds of kits for hygiene and even for sewing, we flew with hand luggage, and did not take anything extra with us. But all these minor flaws can be forgiven for the hotel because of its location! Proximity to almost all popular tourist destinations and most importantly within walking distance of the best beaches in Dubai. The sea is just a fairy tale, the nearest beach is 300 meters away, there are two other beaches nearby that are 700 meters away, the water is just a song. An umbrella, towel and bedding are provided for the beach, everything is in good condition. The sea is clean, beautiful, warm, the sand is close to white. The nearest metro station is 7-8 km away or ~20 dirhams by taxi. I really liked the location, because in Dubai, hotels with their own beach are either on the outskirts / on a palm tree / in Sharjah, which will be problematic to get somewhere to walk. Or in the Marina Bay area, where there are a lot of skyscrapers, people and a small beach, and the water is not very good. The Beach walk Hotel does not have its own beach with sun loungers. They give out umbrellas, bedding and towels EVERY time you go to the beach and on the way back they also pick you up in the lobby so that you don't have to drag them to the room) Next to the hotel there are two giant manicured beaches with toilets and showers. We walked to the right, to the nearest part of the beach 5 minutes to the edge of the sea, because it was hot and we spent hours in hot water like a bathtub😁 The beaches are so huge that it will take an hour to walk along the entire beach! We never went hungry. There is no need to compare it with Turkey, this is an urban hotel, especially not designed for the all-inclusive system. There is also a public transport stop nearby, so theoretically it is possible to use it somehow. The pool is cool)) but we were there once for 10 minutes, after a hot day, in the evening it's the best thing to cool off! We are happy with the hotel, we recommend it to our friends, and we will probably go there ourselves if we get ready again)

Nice hotel. We rested on 29.12 to 07.01. The room is cleaned daily, a lot of water is brought, 6-7 bottles, tea, coffee. They took it with breakfast. You won't stay hungry. Porridge, eggs, vegetables, fruits. Basically, breakfast is like breakfast. The beach is 200m, walking and cycling paths. There are many cafes and restaurants around!!! For every taste, from Italian to Chinese, and local cuisine!!!! Fish market, 5 minutes walk, with restaurants. Right next to the market is a very cool, small, oyster restaurant!!! It's worth going, the oysters are the freshest!!! Next to the hotel, there is a French Odeon store, there is its own bakery, well, fruits, vegetables and all sorts of goodies. Convenient location of the hotel. The staff is helpful, many speak Russian. We liked it, maybe there were some little things, but not fundamentally.
