I witnessed an extremely unpleasant situation at the Kuzminchok kindergarten. The deliveryman delivered the ordered cake. He behaved correctly, calmly asked for payment for the delivery — his completed work. In response, the receptionist refused in a rude and arrogant manner, saying that "they do not pay for delivery," while allowing herself a frankly dismissive tone. The attitude towards a man three times her age is especially shocking: instead of basic respect, there is demonstrative rudeness. It seems that employees allow themselves to look down on others, as if the world revolves around them, as if they owe everything to them, as if all people are laborers, and they are aristocrats. At the same time, the service is provided directly "into their white hands," and in response — discontent and rudeness. Such behavior is not a special case of "bad mood", but a serious reputational risk for an institution that works with children. Parents trust you with the most valuable things, and seeing such an attitude towards people is an alarming signal. If management considers such behavior of staff at the entrance to be the norm, a legitimate question arises: how do they communicate with children? I strongly recommend that the management pay attention to the level of service, conduct an internal audit and work with staff. Otherwise, such situations will inevitably affect the trust of parents and the overall reputation of the kindergarten. For example, I will no longer take my child to this kindergarten.
