If we consider a hotel only for a flophouse, then it is normal. It is quite close to the metro, there are many cafes nearby. By room: the furniture is very old, the room smells damp, small steps are running. The bed linen may not be washed, it is very old. When we checked in, we were asked to change the bed, as I found hair on all three beds. There is hot water.
